A mouhtwatering array of dining experiences await you at the Thalassa's restaurants. There is a wide selection of cuisines from new Cypriot dishes to seafood. Treat yourself with with some delicious local dishes and wine from the Paphos vineyards and enjoy while overlooking the spectacular peninsula and sea at Coral Bay.
Ambrosia:
Thalassa's main restaurant, open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, serving fine dining with a modern Mediterranean flare. The cuisine includes a sublime selection of the best ingredients one can find, rearranged with Mediterranean cooking styles and lots of Cypriot traditional recipes and grandmother’s secret add-ons. Offering a la carte, is located in the lobby area and has a capacity of 100 people.
Psari-Seafood Grill:
Serves impeccable seafood at the edge of the cliff with stunning views overlooking the bay. Psari offers the ultimate setting of peacefulness and tranquility, a must try for all fish lovers. Open Tuesday until Sunday for dinner only. Offering A La Carte. Capacity: 24 persons.
Ipokambos:
A lovely interlude on a hot summer day and a place, just steps away from the most beautiful beach of Paphos, where one can enjoy a delicious BBQ or the more eclectic may choose caviar or lobster with champagne and array of snacks, spirits and refreshments. Offering A La Carte. Capacity: 30 persons.
