The Concierge situated at Lobby Level is available daily. Guest Services Representatives are available to provide every assistance to guests throughout their stay. In the event of a medical emergency, the Hotel Doctor is on 24 hour call. This service is available through the Reception Desk or Telephone the Operator. Laundry service is available daily throughout the year except on Sundays and Public Holidays. A Laundry List with prices is available in the guest rooms.

Outstanding sport and leisure activities include two outdoor swimming pools, one lagoon-like pool with Jacuzzis and one for adults only.  There is a heated indoor pool with sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, tennis courts and a fully equipped gym and Fitness Studio. Even though the Garden Studios and Garden Suites do not command a view of the sea they are beautifully sheltered in green surroundings on the border of the Hotel premises tucked away from the main building of the Hotel.
