Rooms are clean and very large. The territory has a nice view of the beach. Indeed, the building needs serious investment and réparation. The lift is old, and, with all the dirt visible behind the glass wall. Some of the balconies have visible cracks. Food: Dinner- medium level. Not a wide variety of main dishes and salads. Breakfast: on the days we stayed...one lady was doing the pancakes (half of them were not cooked properly, so the manager had to keep an eye on the staff!). The workers are kind and polite. Nothing to complain about them. The rooms are perfect for a big family. Thank you

I recently stayed at the Capital Hotel, Resort and Spa for 20 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made a big difference.
The location is perfect, with the beach just a stone’s throw away. I especially loved my daily walks along the coast they were absolutely beautiful. One of my favourite activities was visiting the nearby stony cove to search for sea glass, it became a highlight of my trip.
Breakfast was another standout. The pancakes were delicious, and the “egg lady” was incredibly warm and kind to both me and my children. The fresh honey was a lovely touch and made my morning coffee even more enjoyable.
A special mention goes to Evros, the barman, who is a true credit to the hotel. His personality and service were outstanding and really added to the overall experience.
I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely return in the future!

Adequate. There are the basic services you need from a place-a bed, a place for your things. There also exists some creature comforts such as an indoor and outdoor pool and views onto the beach and ocean. Some rooms even have a small kitchen which was the saving grace for me because I found the breakfast to be almost inedible.
The hotel would meet expectations easier if it was listed as an apartment complex as the feeling you get inside is that of student housing. The total lack of color, art, or soul detracts from the location which has the possibility to be decent.
I choose this hotel for the reasons that it stands out:
1. Good location on the beach and near historical sights.
2. The kitchenette and living room so I can do some work while traveling
3. The indoor pool and gym so I can swim laps while the outdoor pool and bar is good for the sun.
I only booked for three nights so I could extend if I enjoyed it or move on somewhere else if I wished. I knew I would move on within the first 10 hours of arriving, and so I enjoyed the rest of my stay and moved onto something that suited me better.
Our stay at Capital Coast Hotel in Paphos was absolutely wonderful! The food was delicious – fresh local fruits and cheeses, and a wide variety of international cuisine. Breakfast was a real highlight with live cooking, and every meal left us full and happy. The restaurant itself offers a beautiful view, which made the experience even better.
The rooms were cleaned daily, and the housekeeping staff truly deserve a raise – they do an amazing job! The restaurant staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional.
The pools are large and pleasantly warm, with plenty of sunbeds available, so you can always relax comfortably.
We even missed dinner one evening, but the lovely lady at reception prepared a takeaway meal for us – such a thoughtful gesture.
An amazing hotel experience. We love you ❤️

Great value for money! Yes, it is old, but at least our wing was renovated, the room, terrace and bathroom were big enough. Indoor pool & sauna was ok, outdoor pool closed for winter. Breakfast - plenty of choice, nice omelette, great fruit.
Only cons during our stay- strong smell of cleaning supplies in the halls

The restaurant, located on the ground floor overlooking the Sea, serves international cuisine at affordable prices. First class chefs work endlessly to provide diverse and mouth-watering dishes from around the world. An abundance of waiting staff is also on hand, ensuring a high standard of service that is expected by our guests. The hotel offers either buffet or table d’hote dinners.
The lounge bar, situated opposite the restaurant is the ideal setting for a night-cap after dinner. Live entertainment is on regularly and every kind of drink imaginable is on offer to accompany the unwinding atmosphere. The lounge bar terrace is the ultimate place to experience the beauty of the Cypriot sunset at the end of every relaxing day. The main bar opens at 3pm.
