Just returned from this amazing hotel. The location is perfect and in a nice quiet part of Ayia Napa. Plenty to walk to near the harbour there are so many shops and restaurants. Lots of boat trips available. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly and work very hard to make their customers happy. The pool area is not big but was perfect for us. Direct access to the beach with sunbeds just for hotel visitors. The food was all very good. Great quality and very tasty. Thankyou so much to George and Eleni who were both so friendly. Hopefully looking to come back next year!

We came back yesterday, highly recommended hotel, especially with families. Very clean and hiygenic place. Very surprised when came in ,gave us a bottle of wine and lots of toiletries. Very kind staff and manger kept looking round to make sure everything was perfect. Lovely outside view and close beach. Some entertainment games ,lots of room for playing around. If your looking for a hotel i Very much highly recommend Okeanos Hotel.
Very nice hotell. Got the room with sea View to the side with view over the pool and beach. PS: "Side sea view" is not very nice. Breakfast Ok, could be a bit more variaton. Staff very friendly and helpful.
To the hotel: please take Pizza of the menu if you are gonna use frozen pizza from the market. Very dissapointed when we ordered pizza and expected fresh/homemade pizza.

Here now, day 4 of 7 and must say what a lovely hotel.
Staff are absolutely fantastic, from the cleaning staff to Reception to the incredibly hard-working staff at the bar/restaurant.
Hotel is very modern & clean.
Rooms are great with comfy beds & all the usual things you would expect.
The hotel is in a great position, right on the beach & next to the harbour which is convenient for doing the trips.
Our room is a seaview looking over the harbour & is very quiet at night & we’re sleeping with the patio doors open.
There are some great restaurants around the harbour….and it’s not as ‘in your face’ as the main strip.
There’s always sunbeds around the pool whatever time we get down & the hotel have about 20 in front on the beach.
It’s a lovely hotel & the staff should be very proud of themselves as it’s them that make it so great.

Located on the beach of Ayia Napa, Cyprus, this is a great hotel. It is almost 30 meters from the edge of the pool to the beach. The staff are fantastic, they are really there for you and you won't want for anything. The food is tasty, the selection is just enough. The constant presence of management is there to ensure that everything is always in order. The cleanliness is constant, and so are the good smells. In short, everything is in place and very great. The view from the terrace is wonderful if the terrace of your room opens onto this part. You can live here in an extremely frequented place, almost everything is next door, a few steps away. The restaurants, the local small shopping stores and everything you need. If you want to relax, recharge, have fun and feel good, I definitely recommend it!!! We had a great time here.
