Okeanos Beach Boutique: A Relaxing Paradise in Ayia Napa
We had a fantastic stay at the Okeanos Beach Boutique Hotel in Ayia Napa! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and comfortable, and the location directly on the beach was unbeatable. We loved relaxing by the pool, enjoying delicious meals at the hotel's restaurants (both breakfast and dinner were excellent!), and soaking up the Cypriot sunshine.
Highlights:
Impeccable Location: Right on a gorgeous beach with stunning views. Perfect for beach lovers!
Modern Comfort: The rooms were well-appointed, clean, and had balconies with beautiful views.
Excellent Service: The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Great Amenities: The pool area was lovely, and we enjoyed the on-site gym and sauna.
Delicious Dining: The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the dinners at the hotel restaurants were equally impressive.
Overall, we highly recommend the Okeanos Beach Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Ayia Napa. It's a beautiful property with excellent service, amenities, and delicious food, and we would definitely stay there again!

Just returned from this amazing hotel. The location is perfect and in a nice quiet part of Ayia Napa. Plenty to walk to near the harbour there are so many shops and restaurants. Lots of boat trips available. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly and work very hard to make their customers happy. The pool area is not big but was perfect for us. Direct access to the beach with sunbeds just for hotel visitors. The food was all very good. Great quality and very tasty. Thankyou so much to George and Eleni who were both so friendly. Hopefully looking to come back next year!

We came back yesterday, highly recommended hotel, especially with families. Very clean and hiygenic place. Very surprised when came in ,gave us a bottle of wine and lots of toiletries. Very kind staff and manger kept looking round to make sure everything was perfect. Lovely outside view and close beach. Some entertainment games ,lots of room for playing around. If your looking for a hotel i Very much highly recommend Okeanos Hotel.
Very nice hotell. Got the room with sea View to the side with view over the pool and beach. PS: "Side sea view" is not very nice. Breakfast Ok, could be a bit more variaton. Staff very friendly and helpful.
To the hotel: please take Pizza of the menu if you are gonna use frozen pizza from the market. Very dissapointed when we ordered pizza and expected fresh/homemade pizza.

Here now, day 4 of 7 and must say what a lovely hotel.
Staff are absolutely fantastic, from the cleaning staff to Reception to the incredibly hard-working staff at the bar/restaurant.
Hotel is very modern & clean.
Rooms are great with comfy beds & all the usual things you would expect.
The hotel is in a great position, right on the beach & next to the harbour which is convenient for doing the trips.
Our room is a seaview looking over the harbour & is very quiet at night & we’re sleeping with the patio doors open.
There are some great restaurants around the harbour….and it’s not as ‘in your face’ as the main strip.
There’s always sunbeds around the pool whatever time we get down & the hotel have about 20 in front on the beach.
It’s a lovely hotel & the staff should be very proud of themselves as it’s them that make it so great.
