The Maricosta Hotel Apts is a small family-run hotel located in Pernera, Cyprus a quiet area next to the beautiful Kalamies beach. The complex has 24 one-bedroom apartments each of them sleeping up to four people.
Guests are welcome to use the free BBQ facilities on site by request free of charges.
Wi-Fi is free in all areas of the property. There is also paddling pool accessible for children.
Restaurants, café-bars and shops can be found within 200 m from Maricosta Apartments. It is 1.5 km from the lively Protaras Town and the famous Fig Tree Bay Beach. The popular town of Ayia Napa is 10 km away.
At Maricosta guests can enjoy the traditional cypriot's welcome hospitality and family atmosphere.

All apartments have their own fully equipped kitchen and diner, balconies, air conditioning which is paid locally. Maricosta comprise 6 blocks:

Area Information / Places of Interest:
Situated between Ayia Napa and Paralimni lies the rapidly expanding resort of Protaras. The beautiful beach of Fig Tree Bay with it's fabulous golden sands and idyllic coves along with numerous other wonderful beaches in the area provide a great excuse to spend lazy days by the sea. Take advantage of the crystal clear waters with the many water sports on offer including scuba diving.
Evenings can be spent enjoying a meal in one of the numerous tavernas or restaurants within the resort or visiting one of the many bars. Protaras also boasts two discos for those seeking a lively night out and only 10kms away is Ayia Napa with it's bustling night life for a wider selection. Facilities in resort are plentiful with a wide selection of shops, however a little further along the coast lies the typically Cypriot village of Paralimni offering a much wider range.
