Located on Finikoudes. Larnaca Beach Apartments are five separate 2 bedroom apartments, all are tastefully furnished and centrally located just across the road from the Promenade, Beach and Marina. 

These lovely spacious apartments are directly on the Finikoudes promenade, they have a private front entrance door and an elevator to the 1st and 2nd floor.
 
The apartments lead from the hallway and are designed as open plan. There is a brand new fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, hob and a washing machine. With a modern dining table with four chairs and a relaxing lounge suite including coffee table, lamps and TV with local channels. 
 
There are sliding patio doors leading to the balcony with patio table and chairs, with either a promenade and sea view (102, 201 & 202) or a side sea view over the children’s funfair, shops and towards the harbour (105 & 204).
 
The family bathroom has a full bath, hand basin and wc.
