The Josephine Boutique Hotel is newly built and situated just 50m away from the famous Finikoudes beach of Larnaka. Located on the most popular shopping street in the town, the surrounding area is full of boutiques and restaurants.

Rooms was clean and good air conditioning. Breakfast was ok. Great location. Soundproofing was poor, but not disturbing.
In general unfriendly staff, the most of the time we felt like we disturb them.
It’s not a boutique hotel, where you get a personal service, it’s simply a big hotel, which isn’t clean- we even found a nail from another person.
And you can hear every noise from the street.

We had a one night stay at the Junior suite. We are overall very pleased. The location is perfect exactly in the center. The room was so comfy and clean. The staff was also nice. We had an issue with the jacuzzi but the staff was quick to help us. The breakfast was alright, could be better. Also the view is nice. Would recommend!!

I think this is a convenient location closer to every restaurant and the marina, shops and it seems quiet.
The only thing I didn't like I was awakened by drunk guys ringing my door bell and insisting knocking my door. I was very afraid and call the receptionist immediately to see if he could do something. I never got any explanation and were never apologetic with the whole situation.
Breakfast was good with a nice sea view.
What I love about this hotel is the balcony and a nice and comfortable bed.The quality of shampoo and amenities and neat cleaning.

I was two nights in this hotel. we were four we had two folding beds.and we did not even have proper blankets that was outrageous.but almost everything was clean.we came to the pool we wanted to go into the pool the ladder was not properly attached.when you went on it the ladder wobbled horrible.we looked at the breakfast and preferred to eat outside.there was worst from the plastic bag and the cheese was also from each other plastic bag I tell you everything looked disgusting there you do not want breakfast and the people at the reception was really unfriendly.do not say mall hello when you say hello yourself.in the end I would not hang him this hotel again in any case.I recommend you to go to another hotel.

Larnaca seafront lined with tavernas, restaurants and bars is reminiscent of a continental promenade with its mature palm trees making it a focal point and popular meeting place for tourists and Cypriots alike. In a peaceful setting on the edge of the salt lake lies the Hala Sultan Tekesi, built to the memory of Prophet Mohammed's aunt. A new tourist area has been developed to the east of the town along a stretch of sandy beach with water sports available. With a well-appointed shopping centre in the main town and numerous facilities, Larnaca is a popular tourist resort.
