Overlooking the secluded Pissouri Bay on the southern coast of Cyprus, Columbia Beach Resort is a five-star resort offering 169 luxurious suites. With its distinctly Cypriot architecture, award-winning spa, two pools, including an infinity pool, gourmet restaurants and stunning setting, the resort promises a holiday of a lifetime.
Beautifully decorated to reflect the Mediterranean landscape and offering inspiring views, all 169 suites provide a unique experience. Whether for a romantic getaway for two or a fun-filled family holiday, the suites offer a welcoming and comfortable setting.
The resort showcases the best of Cypriot architecture and makes extensive use of traditional local materials. Sloping roofs and graceful arches are complemented by natural wood and stone, while specially reclaimed terracotta roof tiles give the resort a charmingly aged and traditional appearance. All suites feature shuttered windows, heavy wooden doors and large, covered balconies.
Paved pathways shaded by bougainvillaea and olive trees meander throughout the resort, winding past the traditional taverna and ouzeri, the quaint Chapel of All Saints and down towards the beach.
The resort is designed to provide good value for money in an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity. The idyllic setting of Pissouri Bay, combined with the mild Mediterranean climate, makes the resort an excellent destination for a relaxing holiday.

Brilliant hotel and lovely staff who offer brilliant service. Pools are nice, bars are great, Apollo and Aspro both excellent (Bacchus over priced imo for the quality of food).
One thing I want to add is that we used the beach bar 20th July for chicken burger and my son was ill for a few days and stuck in his room. It was the only food item he ate that was different to the rest of the party. The hotel responded very well and had a doctor call and prescribe medication as soon as we informed them on 22nd. I note someone else also reported illness on 19th at the beach bar on the reviews.

We came to this luxury 5 star hotel twice and both times the experience was fantastic. Breakfast area and food is wonderful, the hotel is traditional and beautiful. Staff is very kind. Pissouri bay between Paphos and Limassol is remote but peaceful location. I was only disappointed at the massage the second Time around as it wasn’t 55min like booked and it will likely not make me book at the spa again. Other than, great high end hotel

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with fantastic amenities. The views overlooking the sea and the pool are absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is also very well maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property.
Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices with good quality food and attentive service.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the pool service. For a five-star hotel, I would expect staff to regularly check on guests, ask if they need anything, or at least provide simple touches such as an ashtray when needed. Unfortunately, that level of attention was missing.
Another letdown was the pool bar. The cocktails were below average in terms of quality, and the food served by the pool was significantly overpriced for what it offered.
It’s unfortunate because the hotel itself is beautiful. If management invested a little more in improving the pool service especially considering that’s where most guests spend their time during the summer it would greatly enhance the overall experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Columbia Beach Resort. The entire team was incredibly friendly and attentive – we felt welcome from the very first moment. A special thank you to Bernd, who took great care of us!
The wedding we attended there was beautifully organized and truly unforgettable. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and everything delicious.
We would love to come back and can highly recommend this resort!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this hotel again. The overall atmosphere is very special, especially the village-style layout, which we personally preferred over the more modern block-sytel building—although both areas are very nice and have their own advantages. It would just be helpful if the differences between these buildings were described more clearly on the website when booking.
The food was very good, and the breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety. We especially appreciated that special requests outside the menu were fulfilled without any issues. Occasionally, some à la carte dishes (for example the vegetables) were not perfectly cooked, but this is really complaining at a very high level.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was consistently friendly and helpful, and you feel very well taken care of throughout the entire hotel. Some team members stood out simply because we had more frequent contact with them: we received a very warm and personal welcome from Bernd, who shared interesting insights about the hotel and the island. At breakfast, Andreas and his colleagues created a great start to each day with their warm and attentive service. But also in the restaurant and at reception, the service was excellent across the board.
Overall, a fantastic hotel experience with a great atmosphere, very good food, and outstanding service.

The spacious sleeping and living areas are decorated in a harmonious combination of natural colours and materials. The furniture and furnishings have been specially commissioned, with natural wood furniture featuring exquisite hand-carved details, while cushions and fabric-covered bedheads are handwoven.
The private bathrooms are spacious and feature double washbasins, a large separate shower, a generously sized bathtub, WC and bidet. Some bathrooms also feature air baths.

Junior Suites
Perfect for couples, the modern 43 m² Junior Suites feature marble bathrooms, comfortable lounge areas and king-size, queen-size or twin beds. All suites have a private balcony overlooking one of the resort’s two pools, the exotic gardens or the sparkling blue sea.
Executive Suites
Sleeping up to four guests, the spacious Executive Suites are ideal for small families or groups of friends. Measuring either 47 m² or 60 m², these open-plan suites feature king-size, queen-size or twin beds, a comfortable living area with a sofa bed or rollaway bed, and a contemporary marble bathroom.
The private balcony provides a relaxing space to enjoy the sunshine and warm evenings. Depending on the suite, views are available over the sea, gardens, pool or inland Cyprus.
Cape Suites
Occupying a prime position on the eastern side of Columbia Beach Resort, the 60 m² Cape Suites feature two balconies offering stunning panoramic views of the coast.
Ideal for a romantic getaway, these suites feature a queen-size bed separated from the spacious living area by sliding doors. With a sofa bed or rollaway bed and cot available, the suites can accommodate up to three guests.
Eagle's Nest Suites
Offering exceptional luxury and breathtaking views of the bay, the secluded 60 m² Eagle's Nest Executive Suites are ideal for guests seeking privacy and tranquillity. Located on a small hill opposite the resort, these suites can accommodate up to four guests and are available with a private balcony, plunge pool or pool.
Family Suites
The Family Suites offer space, comfort and privacy, with one or two bedrooms and sizes ranging from 51 m² to 84 m². The suites can accommodate up to six guests and feature spacious lounge areas, contemporary bathrooms and large balconies with views of the sea, gardens or inland Cyprus.
One-Bedroom Family Suite Sea View
These 70 m² suites offer views of both the resort pool and Mediterranean Sea from the private balcony. The master bedroom is open-plan and features either a queen-size or twin beds, while the spacious living area includes a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom, separated by sliding wooden doors, features twin beds and a further en-suite bathroom. For larger groups, six of these suites can be interconnected with Junior Suites.
One-Bedroom Suite Inland View
Cleverly designed with two separate sleeping areas, these 75 m² suites are ideal for families or groups and can accommodate up to five adults.
The main open-plan area features a spacious lounge and queen-size bed, while the second sleeping area has twin beds and a second TV. Two en-suite bathrooms are provided, one featuring a bathtub. A large balcony extends across the width of the suite.
