4 out of 5 only because of one thing: the drinks, even water, are extra with dinner. It would be fine except there is no information on it whatsoever. You come to dinner and are asked what you would like to drink. Nobody says anything beforehand that it is extra, you are not given menu, nothing.
Otherwise great experience! Nice area with lots of greenery, good food, polite service, convenience store right on site, two big pools. One pool is inside and heated (beginning of March was still heated, then I guess heating turned off). Very quiet and calm location.

My son and I stayed here for two weeks in 2023. What a fabulous holiday we had. Everything was perfect from accommodation to the food. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The trips were amazing. Wave dancer, Troodos mountains 4 x 4 experience, jet skiing and paragliding, buggy day. It was absolutely wonderful and can’t wait to get there again. Cypriot people are exceptional and so friendly. Amazing holiday. ❤️❤️❤️😊

Parts of the hotel are currently being renovated, but it didn't cause any disruption to our holiday, and it will improve the hotel. We upgraded to a superior room with a sea view. It was only £37 extra for the week and well worth it, the addition of a fruit basket and bottle of bubbly was also a nice touch. However, I'm sure this cost will increase as the season goes on. The room itself was a little dated in places such as TV and decor, but it was clean, the bed was comfy, and the room had everything we needed. The view alone would make up for any issues with the room.
I only scored the location as 4 stars as it was a bit of a walk to Paphos Harbour, which is where most of the entertainment is, but the walk about 30mins is nice and easy along the coastal path and there are a couple of watering hole along the way.

A weeks b&b in the sun for £325 each with Tui. Wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. First floor 1 bed app overlooking the car park and a building site doesn't seem great but hey ho. Breakfast was good, perhaps a better sausage would improve it. Restaurant staff were super efficient, on the ball all the time.
Pool area and beds on the grass were good. Plenty of space. Weather was mid 20s whilst we were there although dropped of for the following week apparently.
Some nice restaurants locally. Try the pork chops.

We were here on a TUI package and upgraded the room to have a separate lounge area with the kitchen in. Definitely worth it for the extra few pounds.
Friendly staff, good house keeping great bathroom with lots of hot water and a good shower 🚿
We had a garden view room and some are better located than others, but this was excellent value for money.
The promenade is right outside the hotel and allows to wander in each direction for some distance. Port one way, beaches ⛱️ the other.
Plenty of great restaurants located on the main road behind the hotel 5 minute walk away.
Bus station is on this main road and for 6.5Eu you can travel all day or 2 Eu for a single, but cash only!

We chose room and breakfast and were happy with that. The kitchen facilities are good and the variety of great restaurants nearby confirmed we made the right choice, but once here there is always the options to upgrade to half board or full inclusive for a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Nice to have the choice.

A section of this large pool has been set aside to give the kids their own pool to cool off in and play safely in shallow water. Beautiful gardens surround the outdoor pool area and extend along the palm tree-lined beach. Spacious lawn areas provide extensive space to relax, sunbathe and enjoy holidays in Paphos. Both areas have ample sun loungers and sunshades.
