These fully serviced collection of Chic villas are just a few paces from the beautiful Roman antiquities of Paphos and the Tombs of the Kings – yet they offer convenient access to the restaurants, business and conference facilities, and entertainment centres of Paphos. In addition, guests enjoy a rare and spectacular location right on the beach.

This wonderful example of a double-storey front-line, sea facing, spectacular villa is generous with its accommodation. It comfortably sleeps up to seven persons and boasts three en-suite bathrooms with separate WC, plus one WC included. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. There is an 8m x 4.3m pool.  The kitchen is a gem, with cutting-edge Italian design.

Even if you don’t want to have to cook while on holiday, you’ll enjoy its clean lines! The location is sublime, access is easy and parking is right by your front door. Yet you’ll feel that you’ve got away from it all in this beachfront setting.

There are 10 spacious villas, each with private pool and outdoor entertainment area. The clean lines and contemporary feel of the development fit comfortably into the history-drenched terrain of the Paphos coastline. Each villa has been created to optimise guests’ enjoyment of the spectacular sea-facing aspects, with brilliant sunset views.

The versatile accommodation is suitable for relaxed family holidays. There is a choice of one, two and three-bedroomed apartments. Proximity to the top conference venues of Paphos makes it an excellent choice for business stays in the city.

The spectacular location guarantees an unobstructed view of the coast.
 
This is one of the most attractive and least developed stretches of coastline in Paphos, thanks to its proximity to the historically important Paphos mosaics, some of the best-preserved Roman remains in Europe. The location near to this heritage site, guarantees an unobstructed view of the coast as it has been for centuries. The antiquities site has many acres of land with indigenous plants and birds.

Yet amazingly, all of the amenities of Paphos are within easy reach of the villa. It is an easy walk to a choice of great beaches, while a short stroll along the stunning new boardwalk brings visitors to the restaurants and shops of Paphos Harbour. The villas benefit from excellent transport links along the coast towards the sandy beaches of Coral Bay and attractions such as the Paphos Bird Park.

Security Deposit

Guests will be required to pay a security deposit of between 200.00 to 500.00 euro's upon arrival, according to the villa or apartment classification booked.  This security deposit is to cover any costs due to any damage(s) by yourself or any member of your party.  If no deductions are required, a full refund will be made upon departure from the property.  Should the security deposit not be sufficient to cover any damage(s) or service charges incurred by yourself and/or your party, you will be responsible for the extra payment immediately and upon request by the owner's representative.




Optional Heated Swimming Pool

There is an optional supplement for heating the swimming pool (Electric Heat Pump) at the rate of 70 Euros per day. Please note that this needs to be pre booked as facility requires 24 hours to reach the appropriate temperature.
 
*Heated Swimming pools are available on request and are subject to availability.




Food Start Pack

The below Food Start Pack can be made available, (on request),  in the villa upon arrival at an additional charge of EUR 30.00 payable locally.
