Terms and Conditions (Shuttle):
- Arrival & meet and Assist: upon arrival and after luggage pick-up and customs, clients are to proceed to the arrival counter located outside the arrival Hall (opposite customs exit). There, a Bookcyprus.com representative, will meet the clients and escort them to the shuttle designated area. If for any reason the clients are delayed in the baggage area, a member of the arriving party may proceed to above location to notify the Bookcyprus.com representative. In any other case the emergency number can be used to notify the representative.
- Waiting times upon arrival: Shuttle pick up times depend on various factors like traffic in the area, number of passengers and relevant delays that may occur. Upon arrival the minimum waiting time can be 45 minutes. Maximum waiting time can be in some cases up to 1 hour after customer arrival at the airport.
- Destination drop offs: Bookcyprus.com shuttle busses are offered only for popular destinations like Ayia Napa /Protaras, from LCA airport and Kato Pafos/Pafos Town from Pafos airport. In these areas depending on the number of passengers and choice of Hotels there may be either a number of stops to certain hotels or a stop to a central location within the destination. Bookcyprus.com does not offer shuttle services to either Villas or private addresses.
- Size of vehicle: depending on the number of arriving passengers who will use the service, this may vary from a 4 seater taxi to a 57 seater bus.
- Number of luggages: the usual number of luggage’s is one large suitcase per 2 passengers or one small suite case per passenger. For any other types of luggage like trunks, bicycles, skiing or sailing equipment, an advance notice is required and an extra charge may occur due to use of extra size vehicles or trolleys.
- Disabled passengers: For the special need of these passengers an advance notice is required since a special vehicle is needed. Special vehicles can be ordered at an extra charge.
- Number of people booked: There is no limit as to the number of people which can book the Shuttle service, since size & number of transport vehicles is flexible.
- Changes of flight-arrivals: in the event of any changes to arrival dates or times, Bookcyprus.com has to be informed at least 72 hours before arrival time, so that necessary amendments are to be made.
- Cancellations: In case that a transfer is cancelled Bookcyprus.com has to be informed at least 72 hours before cancellation, alternatively cancellation fees will occur.
- Changes of flight departures: when a departure from resort needs to be changed, Bookcyprus.com has to be informed at least 72 hours before departure. Other wise the transfer may not occur.
- Departure confirmation: A client transfer reconfirmation has to be made at least 72 hours before departure. If this is not done, then the service may not occur.
- Arrival & departure location: both are to be done at the same location, unless the clients are informed otherwise by Bookcyprus.com.
- Contact & emergency number: The emergency telephone number 00357-22881292 should be used in all occasions like arrival delays, departure amendments and/or cancellations.The emergency telephone number 00-357-24843434 should be used for reconfirmation of departure pick up times.
- Liability: Bookcyprus.com acts as a mediator between the customer and the final supplier and may not be held liable in the case of accident, theft, loss of property, failure of vehicles etc. On the other hand, Bookcyprus.com will make sure that vehicles used are covered by all relevant insurances and are in good repair and condition, and licensed by the Local Transport authorities
