This superior hotel is known to offer 4-star facilities in its 159 rooms that are all designed and decorated to offer urban comfort. It is situated in the most privileged area of Limassol, only 100 meters from the beach and within easy walking distance from the Zoo, the Municipal Gallery, the Archaeological Museum.
Inviting dining facilities with special theme nights, a relaxing themed pub and restaurant, outdoor swimming pools with pool bar and a health club welcome you with a friendly atmosphere and personal service. Outside, the recently redeveloped Olympus promenade features charming walkways, wooden decks, cycling paths, gardens and park benches where you can take a break and rest your eyes on the Mediterranean Sea.

Honestly for a 3-4 star hotel I was surprised how well it turned out to be.
The rooms are very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. Bathroom's a little tight though. But AC and Electricity is always available. The service is great. All the personnel are very helpful, friendly and professional/serviceminded.
The proximity to the beach however is what's best about this location. The beach is literally 2 minutes away with lots of restaurants and shops all around the vicinity.
There are a few downsides though:
the pool area is generally nice but pretty small and very open (there are 5-6 tall buildings surrounding the hotel pool-area) so it doesn't give you that privacy you want. Also since the pool area is pretty small, sunbathing chairs aren't many so they're almost always busy. You have to reserve one early in the morning which is what most guests do here.
Another downside is the limited pool hours (10-18) so no midnight pool dips which obviously sucks, but you'll always have the warm embrace of the beach when the pool no longer can deliver.
The buffets aren't that great either. There is variety sure but it's not that impressive. Even the occasional evening buffet is mid.
There are however bars and restaurants in the hotel besides the buffet so the possibility to get food and drinks throughout the day inside the hotel is available which is great if you do not feel like leaving the place.
The hotel stay isn't the cheapest, but considering the upsides especially the hospitality and the proximity to the beach, I'd say it's worth it and I'd recommend it.

PS. There are MANY cats here. Both in the hotel area and outside. They rely on the kindness of tourists and locals to survive. So please, when you stay here, don't forget to feed them and give them water.

The hotel’s location was close to everything — honestly, the best thing about it was its amazing location.
As for cleanliness, it was good, not bad. But the annoying part was that every time they cleaned the room, they would remove the card from inside, so when we got back, the air conditioning would be off. Other than that, everything was great

Very disappointing experience
On a previous visit, the head of the pool bar was rude and ironic to their own staff right in front of customers — a sign of the poor management and attitude we experienced again this time.
This time we were charged €24 for just 1.5 hours in the pool because it was closing soon — no discount or flexibility offered. We also gave 1 adult ticket and 2 kids’ tickets to buy 2 milkshakes, as we were told milkshakes were not included in the tickets. They charged us full price and kept the tickets too. To make matters worse, he actually suggested I give Coca-Cola to my 5-year-old, which is completely inappropriate.
The lifeguard spent 99% of the time watching her mobile phone instead of supervising the pool.
Overall, unprofessional service, poor safety standards, and very poor customer care. Definitely would not recommend.

Absolutely unacceptable experience – avoid this hotel
We had a truly disturbing stay at this hotel. First of all, we were given the wrong key card twice – which shockingly gave us access to another guest’s room. This is not only unprofessional but a serious security concern.
When we asked at the front desk why this kept happening, the receptionist accused us of exchanging cards with other guests, which made absolutely no sense – it was only our second day, and we hadn't spoken to anyone else. Instead of offering an apology or a proper explanation, she blamed us and was completely dismissive.
What made the whole situation worse was the incredibly rude attitude of the staff. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior at a hotel. One receptionist actually walked away mid-conversation and said, “Whatever.” Despite our efforts to remain polite, we were treated with complete disrespect.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value safety and basic courtesy, stay elsewhere.

Rooms are renovated and clean.
The view is not great though as it's surrounded by a society.
Near the beach and the breakfast is good!
Kids friendly pools and staffs are friendly.
Highly recommend for family and friends!
