Never in my life again, food is horrible rooms are horrible, music till daft I clock, everything comes at a cost, I mean 20 euros for a remote or a safe that can be opened by a 10 year old, the fridge was mouldy and the cleaner just let her self in I and use to watch us sleep in bed, then on the last day I saw her pinching my oral electric toothbrush, then when I confronted her she binned it. Do not waist your money.

Not be room for me and my partner and a lot of people. Not nice small on the reception. I was pay more then £300 for this hotel per person and I must found another hotel by my self at ram in the morningand this hotel don't want give me back money. S*it hotel. Nevet

Terrible hotel. Ants everywhere, broken shower head had to hand hold, scruffy rooms located at back of the hotel. Chipped tiles, bathroom was grubby, cleaners didn't do very much cleaning we done most of it ourselves. No bowls. Food is inedible majority of the time poor selection, low quality food. Made us feel ill after eating indigestion/heartburn etc 2 small hotlocks to cover full hotel packages. Not as described in booking. Will be writing a formal complaint to our package holiday as we went all inclusive, staff were rude unhelpful. No provided products, WiFi £30 or euro for the week didn't work in rooms either only pool. Wanted to charge us for use of hairdryer or an iron. Absolute joke. Looks nice around the pool that's about it.
Wouldnt return even if it was for free. Avoid.

WORST HOLIDAY OF MY LIFE
1. Air Con is 45 years old and extremely noisy and gave everyone sore throats and croaky voices
2. The staff are disgustingly rude and have no manners
3. The air conditioning broke and almost fell on my friends head whilst he was in bed
4. The food tastes like cardboard
5. The cleaners admittedly stole my speakers and I had to meet a random man in the streets to claim them back to find lose screws in my speakers.
6. In total we got 6 actual bed, 3 sofa beds and 3 rusty metal z-beds bearing in mind some people have paid £625 for this holiday and didn't even get a bed
7. The beds themselves were itchy and disgusting
8. Cleaners were inconsistent and in total probably cleaned 3 days in total out of 7
9. The maintenance man invited himself into my friends room to fix the air con whilst her and her friends were asleep and she was in her underwear as it was hot and he was standing over her fixing the air con when she woke up so she obviously felt conscious he might have taken photos
10. We paid £625 for some bizarre reason when others we know at same hotel paid less - someone paid £510 for 2 weeks here
11. The 18/30 reps are very suggestive and inappropriate and unprofessional
12. The music is blasting from 10am all day long so you can't sleep
13. My friend cut his toe deeply from the tiles in the swimming pool
14. The manger is never present
15. When you do complain no procedures are ever taken
16. We found 3 Cockroaches in one of the rooms
17. The sheets and bed just felt diseased
18. The rooms are ant infested
19. 18/30 reps manipulatively robbed us all of £230
20. Thomas Cook dont care about customers
21. We also have video evidence of one of the staff throttling my friend
22. We paid for 4 rooms and only got given 3
