Our stay was average overall: the staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the pool and aquapark, which were the highlights of the trip, although the aquapark is also starting to show its age and could benefit from renovation. On the negative side, the rooms were very old and in need of major refurbishment, with worn-out items such as the refrigerator and doors; the towels and bed sheets had many stains, which gave a poor impression of cleanliness, and we also noticed a lot of ants in the room. The food quality was below our expectations and could be improved. Also be aware of a photographic scam: they take your photos and only on the second day try to sell them for 10 euro per piece, without mentioning the price or number of photos beforehand. With proper renovation and better maintenance, this hotel could offer a much better experience, as it has good facilities and a pleasant team of employees.

Do not stay here it’s definitely not 4 star it’s 2 at best I’ve stayed in a hell of a lot better 3 stars on lads holidays. Read all the bad reviews because they are 100% true the hotel doesn’t learn and do anything to do better. Rooms dirty don’t supply toilet rolls or towels have to go down and complain multiple times during the week. They don’t clean the rooms just make the beds badly that is it. They don’t sweep or hoover don’t wipe sides down. Stale crisps left behind on arrival pubic hair left in bathroom and hair from previous people also Stained bed sheets. There was on orange juice spill on our floor level 3 that sat there for days with a wet floor sign over it. Stains all over the carpet as well. There’s a mouldy stale cooking oil smell around the hotel constantly. Lifts don’t work properly one goes up doesn’t come down. Staff are rude when complaining accused our daughter of recording them when she wasn’t showed phone to prove she wasn’t they didn’t apologise for it this is the manager as well. She’s rude doesn’t care rolls her eyes awful women so is the young lad Zsolt that works behind reception desk really really bad attitude laughing and also accused our daughter of recording which when shown she wasn’t didn’t know what to say. If there’s a problem all the staff just say not my job and curse in their language thinking you don’t know what they are saying. When we were complaining once there was at least another 3 families complaining at the same time and walking around you here everyone saying how bad the hotel is and regret coming. I asked do you not read the reviews they said they don’t really get them maybe one a week go on here and google it’s daily so they’re clueless and don’t care. I said the good reviews are mainly from fake looking accounts and you putting them on to try blag it’s a good hotel they didn’t know what to say so basically I was right. When we booked the hotel was saying 4 star reviews plus then as season starts you can see it nose dive week before was 3.7 then when we got there after a day or two was down to 2.8 see for yourself on google there’s so many bad reviews it’s exactly how it’s described. Lifeguards aren’t paying attentions just on their phones. Musics sporadic and same songs on repeat throughout the day. Entertainment is the worst I’ve seen well basically there isn’t any. Pools are dirty rubbish everywhere people steal towels and take your beds if you turn your back. Waterpark is dated and dirty. Even when getting taxis the drivers laugh saying all their hotels are the same one even rang his friend about it in the taxi and they were laughing about it all. Some of the staff at night are up the road getting drunk on the kerbside like homeless people. Another family came had nice watches after being there a day or two had their safe broken into and lost all their valuables. The staff are dodgy as hell give really bad vibes and it shows throughout the hotel it’s very dated needs massive overhaul. Foods terrible comes out cold gives you upset stomach! Also said we could keep room later then on the day didn’t let us. Worst hotel and staff I’ve ever seen. Luckily we’ve stayed in Cyprus before so now how good it is and knew where to go to get away from the hotel but if this was our first stay here you wouldn’t return. If you’ve booked this hotel cancel and rebook elsewhere you’ll be very glad you did!

The hotel was nice and the food was more than enough (buffet) , the only 2 issues we encountered was 1. We booked a room for 3 adults to which there were 2 single beds and one bed that was a sort of like a camp bed , the mattress of that bed was horrible and it was uncomfortable to sleep on it . 2. The elevators were very small so in case anyone is claustrophobic I suggest you book on the ground floor unless you like building on your stamina and walk up and down the stairs . Other than that everything else was lovely .

переклала англійською: The hotel really exceeded our expectations. Not only the hotel itself, but the overall experience was amazing. The beach was beautiful, the pools were clean, and there were bars both on the beach and by the pool. The food was incredibly delicious. The condition of the hotel rooms is not the newest, but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway — only to sleep. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Do not come here! Rooms were very dirty, dust on the floor, stains on the bed and earwigs which are bugs that climb into your ear were found in the rooms! There was cockroaches found around the hotel aswell. Food wasn’t the best for a 4 star hotel, they’re very stingy with their drinks and the service was rude. One guy tried arguing with me about my access arrangements during lunch of all times and when he found out he was wrong, he never apologised! The tv’s don’t work in the room, the towels I’m 100% sure they don’t change, room service is all over the place and not organised at all, with some days not even coming to clean the room. The kettles are disgusting as they look like they are never cleaned, the indoor pool has no heating and is absolutely freezing! The key cards are glitchy aswell as they stop working on some days. My little cousins arm got stuck in the elevator as he was going in and it didn’t stop! This shows the elevators are a hazard to little kids! The rooms have 0 privacy as you can hear EVERYTHING going on. The jacuzzi doesn’t even work after we were promised it. The only good experience was the fact the area is a nice place and the weather was nice thank god. If you’re coming to this area just book another hotel this hotel has no right to be called a 4 star hotel!
