Room 507 - both the in room safe and the mini fridge were broken and non-functional. The batteries in the safe were dead, and the fridge did not work despite being plugged in. The rooms are quite dated and run down, our shower was very slow to drain the water out. You will also need earplugs or noise cancelling earphones at night because you can hear everything going on in neighbouring rooms, including personal activity (if you know what I mean). If you’re close to the elevator, you will hear everything. You will also hear every single door slamming on your floor, so be prepared at night. The rooms are in need of some serious renovations. Otherwise good location and proximity to the beach and a nice walk onto the Main Street. The front desk staff were accommodating and lovely.

Hotel is located in a nice, somewhat quiet location. It is far enough from the main road that you will not hear the traffic, but tight to a huge resort that the adults only loses it effect when you easily hear the screaming children next door. It is a 20 minute walk and you are downtown Ayia Napa. Seaview and side-seaview have to be the same thing. We paid for a seaview and it felt more like a side view, and looking at the hotel when at the beach, cannot understand how any would be different view. You are not able to sit on the terrace and see the ocean due to the high cement barrier in front. The refigerator which is stated as a facility is actually something you have to pay for. Breakfast buffet - dont trust the pictures. It is a mediocre selection. Barely any fresh fruit and juice is not fresh. We never used the pool area due to too few beds and loungers, and people “reserving» both the beds and loungers around the pool by leaving their towels on the beds from early mornings and then disappearing. Management should remove towels after 1 hour and no person. Rooms were okay. Very basic. Worst thing is how thin the walls/doors must be. You can even see light from under the connecting door … thus, when one side parties late and the next are up early and basically talking you loose the sleep.

My boyfriend and I were staying at Tasia Maria Sands with all inclusive when we stayed in Ayia Napa. Overall the experience was worth 3,5 stars. Rooms ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The rooms are great. Good size and a nice bathroom. Beautiful view over the ocean. The rooms were kept nice and clean. Beds ⭐️⭐️ These beds are so hard and you can feel every spring in the mattresses. Pillows are to hard and high so your waking up with sore neck and a body that is more stiff than the day before. Also they only have single beds which means that cuddling at night is limited. We slept bad most of the week. The good thing is that there is plenty of time to take naps at the pool. Non-alcoholic drinks ⭐️⭐️ I was quite disappointed. When you pay for all inclusive you expect to drink a lot on your vacation. However, the sodas were pumped with water so there were no taste in them. We didn’t expect to have to buy sodas/juice etc at the supermarket when paying for all inclusive. Quite disappointing. Alcoholic drinks⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The alcoholic cocktails were great and the all inclusive menu card had a lot of different cocktails to choose from. You would have even better choices if you payed extra for what was on the not all inclusive card. There were also beers and wines to choose from so overall a great selection. Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was debating whether or not to give 2 or 3 stars as we got hair in our food twice during the week we were here. There is nothing to write home about. Breakfast was good and like most breakfast tables with different types of hot and colds dishes. Lunch and dinner variated some being more tasteful than others. Lacking salt was a general theme. We did get tired after 3-4 days of the food here - we spiced it up with eating in the city center a couple of times. So we would not recommend all inclusive if you love tasty food. Service and facilities ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The whole staff were very nice and accommodating. Facilities were good and very well kept and clean. Nice pool area all though a little small. But that didn’t seem like an issue because the beach was literally 20 meters away. Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Close to the nicest beach in Ayia Napa and within walking distance to the city center. There is also nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Great location overall.

This hotel is absolutely lovely. It is smaller than some of the neighbouring hotels, which gives it a more personal feeling. The welcome was friendly and the staff were kind and attentive. A special mention goes to Maria on reception, who couldn't do enough to help us. Also, Bride on the food and beverage team, who made it his job to spoil us. The rooms were clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast was great and we also stayed in for dinner one evening, which was equally as good. I will definitely be rebooking to return next September. Thank you so much to everyone at Tasia Maris Sands for making our holiday so wonderful.

We loved our stay at this hotel! We rented two rooms with partial sea view and expected partial view but both rooms had an amazing view to the beautiful bay! Staff was extremely friendly, Bride and Ash from the bar were so nice and attentive! We paid for half board and we did not regret it: both the breakfast and dinner were excellent, amazing selection and just great food overall! The location of the hotel could not be better: right on the beach which was great for my elderly mom and the hotel pool was also very nice. If we really want to be nitpicking, the gym could use better equipment and AC, but otherwise I would recommend this hotel from the heart. P.S. Loved the kitties of the hotel.
