Used to stay at the hotel multiple times before, great location close both to the airport and the beach promenade. This time I had to leave the hotel and find another place. First, despite my late arrival, around 22.00, the room wasn't ready. The room that was offered eventually had a strong cigarette smell, so I asked to get me another room to avoid headache the next day. The next offered room had the same issue. I had no problem with the personnel at the reception, they did try to solve the issue, but the rooms available were just too dirty/smelly. That was an unpleasant surprise for me, as I frequented the hotel when having early departures from or late arrivals to Larnaca. Wouldn't recommend the place to non-smokers.

This hotel, if you can call it that, should be shut down by the ministry of health. This establisment is a health hazard waiting to happen.
I actually posted a good report before by mistake that was meant for another hotel, SO PLEASE IGNORE! Anyone looking to book Flamingo Hotel, do not waste a single Euro on this place.
The staff are so rude and disrespectful, they obviously have no idea who pays their salaries. If there are no guest then staff don't get paid, it's that simple.
Towels are stained, bedding was not clean, bathrooms filthy, in fact we purposely stayed out late so we didn't have to go to the room. When asked for water, we were told to go buy it ourselves. I have never experienced such disappointment.
To travellers thinking of staying here, even if for one night, I would not advise it, take your business else.

This hotel's only strength is its location. Other than that, it has been a terrible experience - everything is old and falling apart. There were cockroaches in the room, the breakfast is a simulacrum. Considering that it's just a 50-metre walk from the beach, it's a pity that it's kept in such a bad shape.

Dirty room, dirty towels and sheets, no refrigerator nor closet. Bathroom is even worse. Breakfast is bad. Overall there is no way this hotel should have 3 stars, at most it should be the low 2.
We simply had to switch the hotel, that says it all.

Had to stay here unfortunately due to a cancelled flight, and since our previous hotel was fully booked, which I might add was 100 times better than this and is only a 2star.
Rooms here need a lot of TLC. Other than being on the beach front, there really isn't anything great about it. Rooms are old, I definitely saw a cockroach. Beds have bed bugs, and my partner woke up with bite marks all over. Breakfast included is not worth it. Won't recommend.
