I would not recommend this place. The staff were not at all welcoming. There is a dog that roams around the hotel that barks at guests. The drain cover around the pool had sharp edges. When I mentioned this to staff, they didn’t seem bothered. Food and drink was overpriced for what it was. Much cheaper to go to restaurants just a 5min walk away. The air con didn’t ‘work’. When I enquired they said they charge $50 a week to be able to use it. When we arrived, the fridge in the hotel wasn’t cold and there was only one plug socket in the bedroom so was awkward charging things. Also the sockets in the front room were broken and couldn’t use them.
So overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and wouldn’t be returning.

We spent a week there and had a fantastic time the staff were amazing, the food was banging, the pool was brilliant, location was spot on, views were great.
Lots of shops and restaurants within 5 mins walking distance, bus stop right outside the hotel €2 for adults and €1 for kids and that's into Ayia Napa and beyond.
The new marina is a stones throw away and is amazing with a beach either side.
Waterpark and carting track is 500m along the road.
Already booked up for next year.
If you go give lolos a cuddle or scratch behind the ears he loves a scratch.

Awful hotel. The lady running the hotel is nasty, unwelcoming and hostile. She didn’t smile the whole 10 days we were staying there. Cleaners were rubbish only allowed fresh towels every 3/4 days when we ask the lady running it for more she said no. If you book this hotel DO NOT BOOK ALL INCLUSIVE. Avoid at all costs. I’ve attached a picture of my detailed review as this box isn’t big enough to describe what we experienced in this hotel

We stayed at Cosmelenia Hotel Apartments in August 2025 with all inclusive service, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.
At check-in there was already an issue: although the hotel was almost empty, we were only allowed to enter the room after 14:00. Inside it was about 35°C, but the air conditioning could not be used unless we paid extra – even though the booking description clearly stated that AC was included. The receptionist told us this with a mocking smile. In the bathroom there weren’t even basic toiletries such as soap.
The food was also below expectations. Breakfast was very poor and almost never changed. Lunch and dinner could be tasty if you happened to choose well, but vegetables were almost non-existent – usually just one slice of cucumber or a piece of grilled tomato. When I asked for salad, I was given two lettuce leaves as a “side dish.”
After our complaint, the hotel management clearly knew it was us: when entering the restaurant they greeted the other guests but ignored us and only gave us unfriendly looks.
On the positive side, the pool was clean, and the young bartender at the bar was extremely friendly and helpful – his attitude really compensated for the rudeness of the receptionist.
Overall, due to the poor service and unfriendly staff, we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Genuinely have never stayed in such a horrifying place. The whole experience was NOTHING like advertised.
Firstly, the front door lock was broken, meaning I couldn't leave the flat for an entire day until they fixed it.
Next, the kitchen was so half-baked that I couldn't cook anything more than an egg, despite it being "sold" as a 1-bedroom apartment.
The air con price was misleading, on Hotels they claim it's 7.50E "per stay" when it's in fact per night, leading me to foot an extra 50 euro bill. On top of that, the air con was ONLY IN ONE ROOM, so half the flat was unusable when it's hot.
The bathroom was atrocious too. Firstly, there was little to no water pressure, so I struggled to shower. The towels were stained with brown marks. The taps were also mislabelled. Worst of all, in a flat suited for up to 4, the bathroom DIDN'T lock.
The general condition of the property was shocking aswell:
The wifi did not work
The electrical plug sockets were clogged up - only had 2 usable ones
There was no do not disturb sign - got woken up to cleaning staff multiple times.
There were old gummy bears under my bed
My blankets had holes in them.
The communal pool table jammed twice and took my money.
The worst part was the owner. She was unfriendly, hostile and patronising. She really tried to nickel and dime me, claiming I had a 300 euro fee to pay, which I had to dispute. The customer service was just horrible, she wouldn't even let myself and a friend split a bill.
STAY AWAY!!
