Very friendly welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Hotel rooms are very spacious with a comfortable bed. Good shower. I ate in the restaurant. Breakfast was really good. Dinner was freshly prepared and tasty.
Pool area is lovely and managed to swim in the pool in February and I didn't find it too cold. The bus stop is a 10 walk and frequent buses to Paphos for a €2 price.
Don't be put of by other reviews if you are not looking for an ultra modern room this hotel offers everything for a very nice stay. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way. You just have to ask.

Yes this hotel may be a little tired in places, and would recommend a car hire as is in a quiet location. Dimitri was a super member of staff. To all the people moaning about this place, get a grip and look at the price. If you want the Ritz you need to pay Ritz prices. This place is a great place for a cheap get away. We had a week in Feb had a super time.

Isolated location, at least 5 miles from the town centre. Probably not safe to cycle, since the roads are unlit. The sea is about 10 minutes walk away, but you cannot swim there as it is too rocky, and lots of building sites/derelict areas on the way there. Hotel was gloomy and depressing when we stayed there, February 2024. Lots of faults, but the staff were very helpful trying to fix them. Cheap for a reason!

If a thing can go rusty or peel, it did in here. Rooms are spacious though and comfortable if you are ok to overlook the esthetics
The hotel was built to last though and whatever is here is in working order. Jacuzzi, heated indoor pool, sauna - all works and it is great for colder months like January. Kettles, fridge, air-conditioning/heating, microwave, hot water with good pressure - all works well.
Not much equipment in the kitchen though, only basic kitchenware.
Rooms priced adequately though, so no fuss! Seriously, absolute bargain if you ask me. Great base for going hiking or sightseeing! Bus nr 615 goes to Paphos every 15 minutes, the bus stop is just a few minutes away.
There is a mini market here, too. Accessible through reception. Staff will let you in if the market is not open from the outside.
We had bought half board. Breakfasts repetitive but that's expected. However everything fresh and tasty.
There was little guests at the time of our stay and the kitchen serves meals a la carte instead of making buffets (love the idea, less waste!) That was a bonus - meals freshly cooked and actually really tasty. Meals can be bought as well if you're room only. Reasonably priced decent portions so give it a try!
Staff very friendly and helpful, speaks English no bother. Very nice people!
Hotel is close to the beach, too. Gorgeous seashore walk if you turn left when going out of the hotel (not so obvious when you look at the map).
The outdoor pools look very tempting to me. They are not very deep. I like the mixture of natural stones, wood and rocky tiles. It looks very pleasant, although too cold in January to really use them. You can tell the decor is a bit old, cracked here and there, but all functional and clean enough and overally looking OK!
There's a playground and pitch, too. Dated but again - all working just fine!
Seriously, there's no reason to complain! However, you might not be the happiest here if you're very fussy and looking for luxurious stay, modern decor from the top shelf and outstanding super duper holiday resort experience. But surely, if you are looking for those, you will be choosing much more expensive, often ridiculously overpriced resorts that will ensure your sophisticated taste is satisfied :)
We were just happy here 😊

Nice pool , very nice apartment, friendly and helpful staff, very good food, very reasonable price. Everything a little tired, but that didn't take away from our enjoyment. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Paphos is one of the most beautiful and ancient towns of Cyprus. Wherever one treads in Paphos he comes across its glorious history which dates back thousands of years, when the cult of goddess Aphrodite who emerged from its seas, flourished in this beautiful part of the world attracting many visitors from the island and abroad.
Today Paphos is a small harbour town, but in Hellenistic and Roman times it was the capital of Cyprus. Still under the spell of her Beauty-Goddess, the area retaining her magic, has remained impact by time. Paphos seduces its visitor with its majestic landscape, lovely coastline, historical treasures and delightful villages where tradition is still a way of life.
The legacy from its remarkable history adds up to nothing less than an open museum, so much so that UNESCO simply added the whole town its world Cultural Heritage List. Among the treasures unearthed, are the remarkable mosaics in the Houses of Dionyssos, Theseus and Aion, beautifully preserved after 16 centuries under the soil. Then there are the mysterious vaults and caves, the Tombs of the Kings, the ancient Odeon Theatre and other places of interest including the various Museums.
