Lovely hotel, room spotless cleaned every day. Good is well, ok but we ate out instead. Friendly staff very helpful. Would stay here again. It's in a fab location within walking distance to the kings mall and tomb of the kings. The harbour is about a 30 mins or less walk from the hotel depending on how fast you walk. You won't be disappointed.

Opposite the main road but, depends on your room location that will define noise level. Not that bad though. Plug sockets nowadays should have a USB slot for charging in rooms. I am half board. Food is good as a buffet style. May lack the finer tastes, so just add a bit of chilli sauce. Love the desserts though 😋. For me and some others, the dining table is high compared to the chairs therefore, we eat with elbows out like chickens wings. Rooms have a small microwave and kettle only. A toaster would be a nice addition. Beer at Harley's bar is a lot more expensive than roadside pubs. No BBC or Sky news channel to espouse more bad news on our economy or exchange rates. Give it a try and you may want to return. Two minutes walk to the mall which has fast food outlets and a cinema.

Really lovely apartments. We stayed in 432 and our daughter 202. 432 has Seaview and smaller but got all you need. 202 faces the front. Food was really nice, good quality and staff reallyhelpful. My husband sprained his ankle on the step . But they got all ankle supports and added safety tape to the steps. Pool small but clean. Harleys bar was great atmosphere. Brill live music too. Overall 9/10

The stay at this hotel was awful and I would not recommend it to any person. First of all, it was very dirty, which was evident in both rooms we were in. The bathrooms looked like they were not cleaned. In the toilet in the room where we spent most of our stay there was a huge fungus on the ceiling. We only stayed in that room because of the terrace, because the room smelled so damp that it was impossible to stand. Another downside is the hypocritical and rude staff, who showed us no empathy only bestowed on us many lies. We paid more money for a "superior" room, while we were awarded a different room, as we noticed in the Booking.com photos. After informing the lady at the front desk (who did not even apologize), she admitted that we were given the wrong room, but the one we paid more money for is currently not available and we have to come tomorrow. We came with the same problem to the man who offered us another room. I accepted it because of the terrace, but informed that I would come tomorrow to be in the SUPERIOR room we had paid for - the gentleman from the staff deceived me and said that this room was superior, and the next day we got a letter from the reception that we could only move to the superior room. There's no point in paying extra for a more expensive room, because you won't get it anyway, and the staff will lie straight to your face. Not only that, the staff lies and is very unpleasant, but the waitresses at breakfast have no respect for guests, because I was pushed. In addition, the breakfasts are terrible, I had dry toast every day. I was disgusted to eat anything else, because even the forks were dirty. Completely inadequate price for what we encountered in this hotel. Attached is a photo of a bathroom with a fungus.

Terrible service, they cleaned the room but did not replace towels, I had to ask 3 times to get them refreshed. Room was large and overlooking a construction site. You will have your meals in a hot steamy room where AC is strangely placed and gives no cold air. The only staff who was nice to us was the Bar manager who wears a tie in such hot weather, nice guy.
