Biggest 5 stars goes to the dinner and food in general. Everything we tried was very delicious!
Rooms are also very nice, we had a room with sea view which was amazing. Rooms are clean and in general hotel is very modern and has a good location. The staff is also very kind.

We are still staying at the hotel while I am writing the review but I am quite amazed by everything.
I won’t mention some kind things they did for us because there will be a moment when they won’t be able to repeat those gestures for some guests and I don’t want others to have expectations, we were just lucky and also the reception was really kind with us and I want to thank them.
Our room was clean at the beginning and kept clean whenever we asked, really clean. Comfortable bed, great conditions, everything is new and works, no hidden flaws in the bathrooms or other things you might see in other hotels.
The staff at the bar was great, the restaurants are again really clean and truly professional, the breakfast is amazingly generous and full of options. It is one of the most complete hotels I stayed in, with available services of any kind. Very child friendly and also prepared for any request you might have. The attention they give to the details is exceptional and also the staff is really kind. I cannot express enough the things we enjoyed, I appreciate their kindness and respect all the work behind. I will mention here thai I didn’t liked the coffee, it is bad even from the brasserie where you have to pay it, but other than that no complaints.

We had a panoramic sea view room which has a great view but not for people who are afraid of heights :) Staff is very polite. Food in the restaurant for dinner was ok even though with limited choice for vegetarians. Fruit choice was great! Children were allowed in the indoor pool which was nice for us.The lady in the kids club seemed bored but there is an outside playground and Nissi beach only 5 minutes walk away. I found a little issue with the loud music from the nearby hotel and the poor soundproof of the room.
Overall experience was great and the guy at the reception at the restaurant wished me happy birthday which was polite.

I recently stayed at the Nissi Blu in Ayia Napa and honestly, I was blown away. The whole place is stunning super clean, everything smelled fresh, and the rooms were really well kept. I tried a few of the restaurants on site and the food was great across the board. One of the best parts is how easy it is to get to the beach just a short walk and you’re there.
The spa is definitely worth checking out too. I booked a Swedish massage and before that, I got to relax in the steam room and steam bath, which was such a nice touch. Daniela, who did my massage, was amazing she made the whole experience so relaxing and I left feeling completely recharged. Highly recommend asking for her if you go.
Honestly, I couldn’t fault the place it was the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. Would 100% go back.

This definitely isn’t a 5-star place—it’s more like a 3-star or maybe a basic 4-star at best. For a hotel that’s supposed to be top-tier, there were some pretty basic things missing, like toothbrushes and toothpaste, which you’d expect to find in any hotel.
The spa was another letdown. The space between the saunas looked more like a small lake than a relaxation area, which made it kind of awkward. And as for slippers, there weren’t any extra ones available, which is something you usually get in a 5-star hotel. You can request them from the reception, but it just felt like a hassle. The shampoo was a 5-in-1 that was really low quality—it made our hands feel super dry, and the body lotion was from the same cheap brand, so that didn’t help much either.
The bathroom was outdated,and some of the towels had dirty spots on them. Definitely not the level of cleanliness you expect from a 5-star hotel. The rooms are too small for 5 star hotel. The carpets in the hallways were stained and worn out, so it’s clear the place could really use some repairs and updates.
On a positive note, the cleaning staff was really friendly, and the rest of the hotel staff were great too—super helpful and nice. Plus, the breakfast was a highlight! It was delicious, and there was a really good variety of meals to choose from, so that was definitely a nice touch.
Unfortunately, though, the hotel just didn’t live up to the hype, and I’d say it’s definitely overrated for what you’re paying.
