Telling the truth, I didn't have such great experience staying in hotels for very long time.
Everything was literally perfect! Reception service, restaurant, bar, room cleaning.
Well deserved 5 stars from me! Highly recommended place to stay!

Great hotel! Is new, just opened last year and everything is perfect. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, the rooms clean and cozy, the pool not too big, not to small, and the view from the room is breathtaking. I will come back for sure.
This hotel is new and shiny. The pool and all the facilities are super clean new and stunning.
The design of the hotel is very clever and the pool is super (needs to be heated).
The breakfast section was food and tasty it had something for everyone and was well laid out and easy to get what you need. The staff at breakfast are great warm friendly after getting to know you and helpful. They deserve praise.
The reception staff are professional and once they get to know you they are warm and personable.
The location of the hotel is not great. It feels like in the middle of nowhere and has no immediate easy areas to explore within walking distance. It suffers from being isolated so there is nothing to do in the area unless you take taxi or public transport away from the hotel. This is a problem that can be alleviated by a hotel bus running hourly into and out of Larnaca city centre. Without this the location of the hotel just does not work. "Everyone in Cyprus uses cars" so many people say. And the 424 425 buses are a negative experience for any guest to the country. The bus drivers are rude, very rude, and hostile. So not recommended unless you are an independent traveller and hapoy to "rough it". Otherwise if you choose this hotel hire a car.
The hotel has a few functional problems in that
1. The doors to the shower are very hard to open and shut
2. The doors to the rooms are fire doors and are very heavy to open and shut.
3. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes once taken off
4. There are no shelves in the bathroom to put toothpaste, etc it has to be outside the bathroom.
The gym and spa were not ready and this made the "resort hotel" not a resort hotel it needs better resort facilities.
The hotel is not really ready for guests to stay a long period. The staff are but the amenities and facilities are simply not there and not good enough. The staff made everything more pleasant but apart from business I wouldn't recommend this hotel to stay for any period of time.
Maybe in the future when the gym, spa, heated pool, bars, massage, and other amenities are added will it live up to a four star status.

Fantastic stay at this brand new hotel. Elegant, large rooms with breathtaking sea view. Staff is super nice and helpful. Breakfast is something else, 5 star level, really.
The hotel is so new that the spa and fitness weren't ready yet and the 2nd restaurant still closed, but even without these amenities, it was very enjoyable indeed.
Location is in a quieter residential zone away from Larnaka town, but public buses stop just outside the hotel if you didn't rent a car.

We visited the restaurant by the beach for dessert and coffee. Highly recommended. The place is fantastic and service is of a five star hotel. Deserts at display go for EUR7 each and we got 2 of them so it is not an expensive place for an afternoon/evening break with friends.
