We, a family of 5, visited the aquapark from Limassol to spend the day at the aquapark. We had confirmed the working hours prior to our arrival. Upon arrival we were welcomed by a polite lady and tha was the end of the excitement. Even though the park was not full there were no inflatables available which are a requirement for most of the tubes. The water flow was a disgrace, hygiene not at its best and on top of that, they would cut the water flow whenever they saw fit, thus the tubes were inaccessible. The bar people, especially the head, were rude (asked for a freddo espresso and he attacked me like i did something wrong cause it was not included in the all inclusive menu, even though the hot espresso was) and the lifeguards indifferent at the least. Then it was lunch time. Mediocre food, cold and the supposed afternoon snacks were the leftovers of the kids menu which made me wonder how old was the food we had in general. On top of that, the highlight of the day was when the weather became cloudy, they shut most of the tubes and then one hour before closing time they sent us away. When we complained that we spent 230 euros just to spend the day at the aquapark we were told off by what seemed to be the head of the lifeguards ( rude, no PR skills, we even heard her talking bad and calling names on some children in Greek language cause she thought no one there could understand what she was saying) that the reason they shut the tubes down was because we did not use them!!!!! How can i use a tube with no water flow? They will respond that the weather was badthe truth is that it was just a bit cloudy no rain no nothing. Overall its an overated hotel and definitely the aquapark is not worth it. The Fasouri Waterpark in Limassol is way more decent i suppose the Ayia Napa one as well. I do not recommend it

Very good hotel. Location is 20 minutes walk outside Ayia Napa in quiet area. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was good , always sunbeds available (was there in October). Service at bar and staff in general were excellent as was the food . Breakfast , lunch and dinner always had plenty good food. I would definitely stay there again.

I visited our Friends being in this hotel to just spend a few hours to talk and let the children play together. Just that time they were waiting for us in hotel's water park. Because of short time till the end of activity of water park ( 10min) we joined them. Immediately the "manager" working there approached us and said that we shouldn't be there, either we pay the entrance fee. It was 5min to the end. I asked him not to charge us or charge a smaller amount because we don't use water park. He forced me to go the reception and pay a full amount for the whole day it means 20 EUR for adult and 10 EUR for child - together 60 EUR for a few minutes. Any request didn't get this stubborn guy, so we decided leave the hotel. Summarising not friendly hotel without any flexibility with approaching the guests from outside. Not recommended because this behaviour surely reflects also on the guests of hotel.

Great family hotel, well maintained, rooms are immaculate, food is good. Only downside is the evening entertainment, great for kids up to around 8 or 9, but not really anything for older kids and Adults. No disco or anything after 10/ 10.30. Bar outside was open a few years back, but that's closed completely on an evening now which is a real shame. Bed situation in a morning on the 2nd week of Aug was a pain, had to set an alarm to get a decent bed at 7/7.30 every morning for the main pool, kind of ruined the holiday for me really! Would still highly recommend this hotel though x

Very nice water park for the kids. Good slides and nice pool. I have to mention that the staff keeps the hotel very clean, they also cover the baby chairs in the restaurants with plastic wrap to keep it clean thats something i never seen. Although i rated 5 stars, one recommendation to the hotel is that charging 5 euros for extra key card doesn't give you a good feeling as a customer. That of course didn't damage our experience, just a recommendation.
