We spent a blissful weekend here, enjoying the indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna, walking along the beach, and especially the shabbat meals! Highly recommend for any kosher keeping guests looking for a relaxing vacation.
I have never experienced such a horrible experience
It's not a horrible word, my whole room was filled with ants everywhere.
They came to clean the room at 11:30 p.m. The room was filled with the smell of the pesticide, they did not agree to change the room. Unserviceable behavior of Aziz, does not provide service to the customer when required.
On my vacation I'm not supposed to mess with the ants in the room. A cute woman came to check, shredded the material and did what she could within the scope of her role. Whereas Aziz in his role as a service provider has failed miserably because he is not welcoming at all but only silent

Very Very Disappointed on many levels. First, the rooms have sensors on the air conditioners so when you leave the room/open balcony door - the air conditioning shuts off. This does not work for a Sabbath observant guest. Luckily, we arrived on Wednesday so we were able to get the hotel to shut off the sensors so the air conditioning ran 24 hours. The staff of the hotel was extremely unhelpful and only after threatening to leave did they do us this "favor" and have the sensors turned off. The manager said if we told any other Observant guests what they did for us, she would turn our sensors back on. Zero Customer service! As a Kosher hotel (as part of a non-kosher hotel) where you are paying a premium for kosher food, the food was not good. Since they only offer half board, they said to pack lunch from breakfast. However, when my wife packed some vegetables for lunch she was told that you can only make sandwiches. Really?

We booked this hotel as it was so cheap on booking.com. The review is keeping in mind that this hotel is budget. There are elements of the hotel where it seems lacking, or tired, but it is important to remember how much you paid! The rooms are fantastic, spacious with everything you need. They all have a balcony, and most have a fantastic view. The breakfast is huge (see my video). The quality is average, but it has something for everybody, even made to order omelets. The indoor pool and spa are again average. They are quite run down, but the fact they were even functioning was a pleasant surprise for me. If you're reading this review after seeing a great deal on this hotel I would recommend you book! It was a fantastic stay.

We came in December, during the off-season. The hotel was very inexpensive (315 Euro for 3 nights) and not crowded. Our room was huge - a full kitchen with appliances and a washing machine, dining table, couch (not a comfortable one), amazing balcony, a nice bedroom and two full bathrooms.
The kosher food was delicious and plentiful. We got fresh omelets in the morning from Chef Yaakov and made sandwiches for later. Dinner was 35 Euro per person and was a huge buffet with at least 3 proteins, sides and a salad bar. There was even a bowl of fruit and a yummy cake and donuts (for Chanuka).
Small random grievances - there is a pipe in the shower that gets scalding hot when the shower is on; don't touch it or you'll burn yourself! I didn't find the couch or the bed especially comfortable, though I did appreciate the extra pillows. Neither of the bathroom doors have locks on them.
Despite the festive Christmas display that the Capital Coast Hotel (host hotel) put out, the lobby has a very tired look.
It's a 12 Euro taxi to the harbor/archeological sites. Some tours also pick up from this hotel, which is terribly convenient.
Fun bonus: during one of our dinners in the kosher dining room, there was a group of interactive dancers who put on a fun show. I recommend this hotel! I hope to return soon.
