We recently came back from a 7 night stay in Atlantica Mare Village in Paphos and we really enjoyed our time. The overall service was great. A special mention for Iveta who was most welcoming during breakfast and dinner and took the time to speak to us and made us feel very welcome every time we interacted with her. The good: - The hotel is quite new and has some of the most amazing views in the area overlooking the ocean. This is very much a family friendly hotel which is exactly what we were looking for as we have a child and she had a great time meeting new friends and enjoying the holiday. - The kids club is fantastic and the best we have encountered so far. All the staff members who work there were very professional and warm. Kids loved it and our daughter was finding new friends after each visit. - The outdoor pool area is great even though the water was a bit colder that we would have liked. Considering it was the beginning of April, no surprise there. - Staff were very friendly and most spoke excellent English. - Breakfast was good and had plenty of choice. Special mention to the lady making omelettes - it seemed like she has 5 hands! Very efficient and professional. Iyia was her name I believe. - Good quality local beverages Suggestions for improvement: - The gym opening hours are illogical. Gym was opened between 8am and 7pm. Considering the gym is unsupervised, it would be great to open it much earlier or not close it at all so people who would prefer training before breakfast can do so. - Indoor pool and jacuzzi were cold. This is something that needs to be addressed as when the temperature in the outside pools is not right, it's natural to want to swim indoors. The pool was cold and unpleasant to be in and so was the jacuzzi. - Housekeeping must knock before entering a room unless a "clean my room" sign has been left on the door. The same lady did it twice and it was not a good move as it does invade privacy. Overall a great hotel and lovely staff and a deserved 5 star rating.

It's an absolute gem of a place. My wife chose this place to bring my two boys on their first holiday abroad, and a few days in, I can't say a bad thing about this hotel, it's one of the best we've stayed in throughout Europe. The family room we've got is spacious with beautiful views of the pool and the Mediterranean Sea, the food which is always a challenge with children has such variety and choice, they are trying new things everyday. We would definitely recommend this place and would definitely come back here just the two of us and again as a family.

What a lovely hotel! This was my first all inclusive experience, thus having little to compare it to. We stayed for 1 week, family of 2 adults, a 2.5yr old and a 10month old baby! Greeting to the hotel was friendly, speedy check in and the staff did a fantastic job of explaining everything to us whilst I chased after my toddler who was enjoying the children's arrival drinks, and I sipped my much needed mummy fizz! The staff really do set the tone that nothing is too much trouble. Buffet. Breakfast and lunch had an amazing spread and catered for all including puree options for babies! I didn't need to have packed all those food pouches after all! Food was fresh and tasty. Dinner wasn't particularly diverse and became a little boring after a couple of days despite each evening offering a 'theme' most food was pretty similar with perhaps a slight change in seasoning. For the price of the all inclusive I'd have expected a more premium spread as it mostly offered basic dishes. (Pasta with 3 different sauces, pizza and stew with rice). We visited the taverna which was delicious despite meat being a little over cooked and dined watching the sunset. Pizza and pasta restaurant was disappointing. Also we ended up being a little late as it wasn't sign posted on the many maps located around the site. Nor did it have a sign on the actual restaurant itself New restaurant maybe!? Rooms. Beautiful, clean and modern but absolutely not suitable for a toddler whatsoever. We had 3800 which was a 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment with terrace. Sadly only view was another apartment block but no problem for us. Slippers and robe were a nice touch however cleaner's took them away after our 2nd day and didnt replace them. Cot was perfect. Plenty of bedding and small cot duvet too. Big bed for a young toddler but we pushed it against the wall and threw a few cushions on floor for a precaution. Would have liked a couple of bottles of water in the room on arrival as we had to dash to the supermarket across the road. Great eco hotel with tons of water refill areas... but we had to go buy the bottles first. Cleaning wasn't great in rooms. Very rushed and random. One day just a pile of towels put on the bed with a loo roll on top.. another day I had to ask for bathroom to be cleaned as they weren't going to do it.. another day they got it all right. To note, baby was unwell with sickness on first few days so I was stripping sheets off cot and bed where incidents had occurred. Cleaners were fantastic with providing multiple bedding changes during this time. Thank you kindly for your patience! Location. Lovely resort.. not the best if you want to leave. A few local supermarkets but not much else. Buses are frequent, easy, accommodates multiple pushchairs and bus stop is just outside. POOLS ARE FREEZING! Maybe make the indoor one heated? All in all we had a great time. Entertainment was great. Staff fantastic. Thank you very much 😊

A wonderful Hotel, we stayed for 1 week and really enjoyed our stay. Nevertheless we had a bad experience, my daughter was locked in a washroom for half an hour. The team opened it at the end but to be locked in a washroom is not a really great experience. The only reaction was we will speak with maintenance. From my perspective a poor response on such an incident. I hope we will not suffer drama after that.

We had the most amazing time during our stay at Atlantica Mare Village Paphos. We stayed two nights and the service was impeccable; staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable and our needs/wants were satisfied. Their restaurant food was top quality. Our package included breakfast, lunch and dinner; the buffet menu offered a variety of foods. We did not need to leave the site. Outdoor area and views were outstanding. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for making our stay top quality.
