This is a fantastic hotel, the staff are so attentive, and the rooms were lovely. The food is fabulous. All you could ask for in an all inclusive.
Food is fresh and plentyful, the themed nights were great, chefs always on hand for a chat if you have any requests or questions. My daughter is still talking about the sushi.
Claude the lifeguard did a fantastic job and was great with my daughter.
Greats, does an amazing job of giving a personalised touch to everyones stay, she checked in with us every day as she was walking around the hotel. The restaurant manager is lovely, she has everyone working flawlessly.
I had a problem with my pushchair whilst I was away, I asked to borrow a screwdriver. To my surprise and delight the maintenance came along and went above and beyond to fix the problem.
Reception staff were always on hand to answer questions, had a couple of issues with our room but they were resolved within minutes.
Sofianna you exceeded our expectations, we will definitely be back!!☺️

Spent 7 days at the Sofianna and went all inclusive. Travelled in the April Easter period, pools were too cold to use for us but there were residents in there. We headed to the harbour and beach most days. Entertainment was good (fire show, parrot guy, kids disco, teen club)
Really nice hospitality team (Manju and Jenny were the favourites). Staff in the restaurant manage the food really well. No messy benches, they only put out small quantities at a time so food is fresh but the keep this topped up. Kids bench separate with nuggets and chips/pasta.
Good selection of food and all inclusive drinks variations. 50:50 selection of meat and vegan options including the desserts.
Landed at 6pm, got to the hotel late headed to the room and noticed the floors were sticky. Mentioned this to the relationship manger and this was instantly acted upon. They care a lot about what residents think.
Spent a good amount of time speaking to us, advising what to see locally and honestly advise what not to visit.
The hotel is eco aware so you need to manage your towels as these only get changed 3rd day rotation. I am all in for eco, but just need guests to be aware so can identity and store each family members in a place to avoid mix ups. Maybe 4 hooks in the rooms would solve this, so each member know which towel is theirs.
Complimentary 2 bottles of water given in your fridge, after that you need to fill up or buy your own bottles. There is a supermarket on site which is really handy, very affordable. Kettles in the room
10 mins stroll to harbour side, one of the favourites randomly we saw a couple with their iguanas and they put them on us and allowed photos. Memorable, gave them some contribution. Monthly there is a classic car owners meet up by the harbour, we were pleasantly surprised, was an eye opener.
Sandy beach is really nice, rocky beach something different. Kids really enjoyed both.
Spa on site the ladies are lovely and so professional (Poula, Joanna and Rania), everybody walked out glowing and happy. We ended up going multiple times for treatments.

This hotel is absolutely brilliant. Fantastic food, spotless throughout and the staff can't do enough for you. Spent a week here March 2024 and had a wonderful time. Don't usually go all inclusive but so glad we did, particularly as Paphos town itself is undergoing extensive rebuilding, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food with a different cuisine every day. Veggie and vegan options always available too. Can't speak more highly of it- highly recommended! 5 stars.

One of my favourite hotels. Couldn't fault anything. The rooms were lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. Activities staff Greta and Dylan were amazing. Was the start of the season so it was quiet. They made sure they spent time chatting to all the hotel guests . They have been at the hotel for 3 years . Such a lovely helpful team. There is one main stray cat in the hotel who comes every year for the last 3/4 years it's name is Princess but unsure if it is Prince. Lovely wee cat. Very affectionate and another ginger one which I think just visits. A black one which you will see lying in the plants just up from the Activities stage where the outdoor tables and chairs are. If you are like myself and love cats please please bring some cat treats to feed them as its their only source of food. The hotel has a sign up saying don't feed the cats as you are killing them. This is because they don't want the cats in the hotel grounds, but honestly they are lovely wee things . The hotel is very central for everything.

Me and my wife just got back from sofianna and We absolutely loved the resort, the food was amazing, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are really great quality very clean and very modern! We had a great view with the pool balcony room view. The location is perfect everything walking distance!
The only slight disappointment was that we went on our honeymoon and no one acknowledged it at the resort or made it special for us. The booking company did tell us they let the resort know but that was the only disappointment about our stay, apart from that we would highly recommend to stay.
