We are here from Monday and I can say it is best hotel! Food, drinks, service 5+. It’s amazing! I’m glad I chose this hotel for our first time in Cyprus.

One of my favourite hotels. Couldn't fault anything. The rooms were lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. Activities staff Greta and Dylan were amazing. Was the start of the season so it was quiet. They made sure they spent time chatting to all the hotel guests . They have been at the hotel for 3 years . Such a lovely helpful team. There is one main stray cat in the hotel who comes every year for the last 3/4 years it's name is Princess but unsure if it is Prince. Lovely wee cat. Very affectionate and another ginger one which I think just visits. A black one which you will see lying in the plants just up from the Activities stage where the outdoor tables and chairs are. If you are like myself and love cats please please bring some cat treats to feed them as its their only source of food. The hotel has a sign up saying don't feed the cats as you are killing them. This is because they don't want the cats in the hotel grounds, but honestly they are lovely wee things . The hotel is very central for everything.

This has got to be one of the best ran hotels I've ever stayed at. It's spotless, usually you see small bits of dirt in the pool but not here, i saw no dirt anywhere. All the staff seem to know their jobs and do them well, the management team here are totally on top of their game and it shows.
The food is incredible, anyone who complains about it is way too fussy. There the usual for kids but these chefs are fantastic. Highlights were: home made sushi, profiteroles, roast meats, fantastic salads, theme nights, mussels, tacos, amazing desserts, too much to mention! The food is 5* definitely, you can often find chef stood in the dining hall and overseeing things so he's obviously proud of his work and he should be.
Every staff member seemed lovely, there is one man at the pool bar who can't be bothered to even blend cocktails properly but I won't mention his name but it didn't detract from the place.
Location is great, 5-8 minutes walk to the harbour, tons of archaeology on the door step, shops and bars on same street. Highly recommended in fact I might return

The staff here are amazing. They go above and beyond to make your stay here a happy one. You wouldn't find better food anywhere else either. We found the pool area to be on the small side and for sun worshippers very disappointing as a lot of the beds are in constant shade. The rooms are adequate though you cant close the patio doors if staying out on the patio as there is no handle to get back in. The shower is above the bath and showering becomes lethal when using any soap. No dress drop given in the wardrobes, so maxi length crease at the bottom No extractor in the bathroom.. not nice!! It states its 4 star... more like a comfortable 3. There were a lot of families with very young children who appeared to be loving it. There is a play area and smaller pool for them.
