Terrible Management!
They never look after the staff
All of us was living in a abandoned hotel with the cockroaches !
I was an animator from REMARC in the summer of 2023, and consequently I was named to work there in Atlantica Aqua Blue as a entertainer and it was horrible!
They put me in a room with a Indian Guy from the kitchen staff,(Hamid) who used to consume narcotics and smoke inside of a non smoking room in Harry's Hotel, his friend (Stefanos), threatened me with a knife because i had asked the management for move me to another Hotel Room because I don't drink alcohol or smoke .
Very Irresponsible and dangerous people in this country flooded of illegal immigrants from Third World Countries .

Cracking hotel with particularly brilliant restaurant service. All staff were so helpful but particular thanks to Antonia and Andreas who made us feel so so welcome.
Hotel is a wee bit out in the sticks BUT the bus stop is right outside the door and €1.50 takes you a fair distance.
We would recommend a room with a sea view.

Atlantica Aqua Blue undeniably ranks among the most exceptional holiday destinations I have had the pleasure of experiencing. My partner and I had the privilege of visiting this establishment in 2022, and I must emphatically state that our stay was worth every moment. The hotel itself exudes breathtaking architectural splendor, and its modern rooms offer not only comfort but also enchanting vistas.
The pool area is nothing short of excellence, offering a wealth of engaging activities suitable for guests of all preferences.
However, what truly elevates the Atlantica Aqua Blue experience is its exceptional staff. Without exception, every member of the hotel's personnel embodies professionalism, courtesy, and an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction.
If you are contemplating a holiday in Cyprus, I wholeheartedly endorse the notion of considering Atlantica Aqua Blue as your destination. It unquestionably merits serious consideration, promising an unforgettable experience that exceeds all expectations.
Only stayed one night passing through on a weekend trip.
The reception area is very well maintained with a bar, seating area & TVs. The staff were exceptional and very friendly even when dealing with rowdy customers.
Booked b&b which meant we paid for the al a carter buffet for lunch at £27 each which was absolutely not worth it. The food was nice but unless you are eating 4-5 plate fulls it's more cost effective to drive 5 mins on to the main high street for a full meal at half the price. Breakfast was nice & lots of choice.
Room was ample size for 3 with a double bed then single & sofa in a part with sliding door. However the shower clearly has been leaking for some time and there was horrid black mould all along the wall. The rooms just need a bit of a spruce - lots of greasy hand marks and scuffs up them.
3 pools outside and a small water park. Unfortunately there was high wind which perhaps is what made the area very dusty but the pool area itself didn't seem very well cleaned during the day. However by the next morning it was all cleaned up.
We didn't use it but the kids entertainment in the evening seemed lively with lots of singing and dancing going on.
Nothing major wrong and altogether pleasant enough but at €180 a night I don't think it's worth it.

Despite a small misunderstanding, everything was clarified thanks to very nice staff :)
The hotel is modern and environmentally friendly, which I really liked.
There are three separate, large swimming pools here, so everyone will find a place for themselves. All spaces are well connected.
The rooms are cleaned every day, but if something is missing (in my case, one towel), when you report to the reception, they will respond quickly.
My stay was a success :)

Area Information
Protaras is one of the most popular beach vacation destinations in Cyprus, and it has the lodging options to prove it. Essentially linked to the nearby resort town of Pernera, Protaras is just ten minutes from the Cypriot party capital of Agia Napa.
