The pool with warm waterwas nice with kids. Breakfast ok 3 star level ie nothing special. We were staying in the bungalows. There was quite a lot of street noise, especially motorcycles, that impacted the quality of sleep. One day we had ants on the kitchen table, but those disappeared. The bathroom door touched the floor and made noise that also affected sleep. If you plan to use the kitchen ware, you need to buy your own soap and sponge, the cleaners wont do it for you.

Good location, but there were cockroaches in the room. This is terrible for a hotel of this level. It's also terrible that in a restaurant, when you pay for lunch/dinner, drinks (juices or water) are not included in the price. you need to buy extra and it is very expensive.

Great location 5 minute walk from the infamous nissi beach. We paid extra for sea view room which we did not receive. Booked 2 rooms, one seems new renovated and decent however was very cramped. the other was an older room with outdated furniture/ decor. The air conditioning in this room did not work and the room had a smell. The breakfast was average just classic buffet Items with fruit and pastries. Hotel provided evening entertainment each night.

Really nice hotel with a lovely staff, good hotel pool with sunbeds and umbrellas for free, rooms are clean and comfortable (we stayed in the hotel on the 4th floor) and they were cleaned every single day. The food (had breakfast and dinner package) was tasty with quite a good variety. The soft drinks are included for free only in the breakfast but thats okay, overall we would totally recommend to stay here, the location is also excelent! ☺️

A really lovely hotel, with an amazing pool, a great buffet with a different theme every day, and incredibly friendly staff. It's not too large and it had a relaxed feeling with guests from many different countries and no rowdiness. The pool is curved and surrounded with palm trees so it feels tropical rather than a concrete jungle and it means for those just wanting to relax it's possible to find a shaded and more secluded corner and there are also ramped pool entries making it easier to get in and out for youngsters or those less mobile.
