This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything in the room is filthy — they don’t clean at all. The towels smell bad, as if they were washed on a quick cycle without proper detergent. The bathroom is full of mold (I regret not taking pictures). The food selection is minimal, and they even mix the Nutella with a lot of water. The whole place feels unhygienic — you could easily get sick staying in their rooms. My friend and I shared a room, and they only give one key card. If you want a second one, you have to pay extra, and even if you lose it, they charge you again. Absolutely terrible experience — dirty and unpleasant.

This was the 3rd time I visited this place. The first 2 times were good, but this time it was horrible the staff were rude and very suspicious of everyone. It felt like you were never left alone constantly being harassed by waiters who were asking for you to get food or drinks. This was every 5 minutes. I booked breakfast and evening meal and when I was leaving they asked me to pay for the drinks I had with the evening meal. I had already paid for this when I booked. The hotel staff was very rude. We had to leave our luggage in a room that was locked up and we had to keep asking for someone to take us to it so we could get things out of the luggage. My daughter wanted to get ready I’m the shower room and the security guard said he had to wait outside the showers while we changed. It was ridiculous. The food was disgusting and although I had already paid for our meals we only ate there twice. My chicken was raw and pink inside and I had already eaten some of it. I was extremely bad for 2 days. Nothing there for children to eat same thing every time chicken nuggets and hard chips. I had to pay for us to eat out of the hotel. The hotel was full of disrespectful guests who were loud and obnoxious. The people above and next to me were very loud and inconsiderate. We had no sleep for 7 nights. Our bathroom only had a dirty shower in it that flooded the floor when you stepped in. It was filthy. We only showered 2 times it was gross. Our room was never cleaned it had mess all over the floor but they never swept it up. Our bed sheets were never cleaned or changed. The bed felt wet all the time. The only thing that made it was the lovely weather. We will never visit this shut hole again.

This is an amazing hotel! Right on the famous Nissi beach! Hotel was amazing ,food excellent. And all staff members are super helpful, Khim was lovely ! We are only halfway through our stay but had to leave a review because we are having such an amazing time!

The hotel is placed perfectly, the most famous beach in Europe, if not the world. The staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are super clean, and the food is plenty and tasty. All in all, best experience, will definitely get accommodation here again!

Our stay at Vassos Nissi Plage Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn’t be better, right by the stunning Nissi Beach and the hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for, making our holiday truly relaxing and enjoyable.
