Beautiful hotel, generous breakfasts, a restaurant and bar right by the pool. Everything is spotless and the staff are very professional. The supermarket is about a 2‑minute walk away. Had a sea‑view room: stunning view, floor‑to‑ceiling windows and a balcony — you can see the sea even from the bed.

My visit was in 5-11 April 26. Negatives on this hotel: 1. They only give free bottle of water on day one, not after that 2. only one small lift from reception to the floors 3. no hotel to airport bus service 4. spa is sauna and steam room only. no jacuzzi. (but there are jet taps at the outdoor pools 5. breakfast: tea machines couldn't cope with morning demand. Fruit juices are from the machine and not fresh juice 6. lack of pastries at breakfast except pain au Chocolat. 7. there only seemed to be one choice of milk (non vegan) 8. air con not switched on in April. I had to open the balcony door every night to cool the room down as the air con was working but not cooling the room. 9. Gym: poor state of equipment. Very limited range of machines. Positives: 1. helpful friendly staff for information 2. good size, bright, well lit, clean rooms 3. varied range at breakfast. some options eg milk can be improved 4. made an effort when it was needed 5. beach nearby 6. big pool and pool areas 7. near the bus stop for the coach to Larnaca (for the airport) 8. rooms quiet at night generally depending on the night but this is let down when I had to open the balcony door to cool the room down

This was the 3rd time I visited this place. The first 2 times were good, but this time it was horrible the staff were rude and very suspicious of everyone. It felt like you were never left alone constantly being harassed by waiters who were asking for you to get food or drinks. This was every 5 minutes. I booked breakfast and evening meal and when I was leaving they asked me to pay for the drinks I had with the evening meal. I had already paid for this when I booked. The hotel staff was very rude. We had to leave our luggage in a room that was locked up and we had to keep asking for someone to take us to it so we could get things out of the luggage. My daughter wanted to get ready I’m the shower room and the security guard said he had to wait outside the showers while we changed. It was ridiculous. The food was disgusting and although I had already paid for our meals we only ate there twice. My chicken was raw and pink inside and I had already eaten some of it. I was extremely bad for 2 days. Nothing there for children to eat same thing every time chicken nuggets and hard chips. I had to pay for us to eat out of the hotel. The hotel was full of disrespectful guests who were loud and obnoxious. The people above and next to me were very loud and inconsiderate. We had no sleep for 7 nights. Our bathroom only had a dirty shower in it that flooded the floor when you stepped in. It was filthy. We only showered 2 times it was gross. Our room was never cleaned it had mess all over the floor but they never swept it up. Our bed sheets were never cleaned or changed. The bed felt wet all the time. The only thing that made it was the lovely weather. We will never visit this shut hole again.

The hotel is placed perfectly, the most famous beach in Europe, if not the world. The staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are super clean, and the food is plenty and tasty. All in all, best experience, will definitely get accommodation here again!

This hotel deserves 5 stars for its location, service and comfort. For me and my 6y old son everything was perfect. We are going to book for next year again and for longer stay. Only bad points are small gym and tiny and busy lift Deluxe seaview room is a MUST! The best view in Cyprus. Nearby is all u need- shops, bakery, bus stop, Nissi beach bar.
