Been here for a week over Easter. Hotel wasn't crowded and therefore very enjoyable. I stayed in a spaceous, bright, double room on the ground floor, near the lower swimming pool. The room had private bathroom without windows. It was very quite in the room, even when sleeping with open windows. Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety, with local and continental options. Dinner buffet offered different options every night and was very good. I cannot comment on the location, as I was there with a group and we moved around with locals by car. However, we reached stunning beaches in 10 mins or so.

Rooms are spacious and clean but a bit old and not so good lighting! Incredible view to see the sunset. Very nice breakfast and amazing dinner! Value for money! Highly recommend and you get what you pay!(in a good way)

Rooms are old and tatty and have never been renovated since probably the 1980's. Bathrooms are grimy and there are ants crawling around the furniture. The whole hotel is run down, with worn out scruffy and dirty furniture, but the swimming pools are quite clean. Breakfast is limited and is of questionable quality. The only good thing about the place is the staff who are very helpful and friendly.

Thinking of how to escape wet irish winter, we chose to fly to Cyprus, to get some sun and to enjoy blue sky. Most of the hotels were closed in January, and the only one open in that area was Theo Sunset Bay holiday village, which is a 40-minute drive from Pathos airport. We've got a huge 2 double bed room with a patio on the ground floor, where I was sunbathing from 10 am to lunch time nearly every day. This winter was one of the warmest in the last 7 years as we were told by one of the owners Dimitris. 🙄 We discovered a beautiful promenade along the coast line with many benches and a sports ground. 😀 The picturesque views of the sea were breathtaking. As a reward after the walk we enjoyed a big glass of orange juice at the local shop served by Maria,who was very friendly. Country roads with bananas, mandarins, lemons, and orange plantations were amazing 👏.Breakfast was the usual buffet one, but I couldn't praise the evening meals more. The meat was always so juicy and tender. They have a great chef 👨‍🍳 there. And of course, I can't but mention the help we've got from the restaurant manager Alex, the lovely receptionist Kristina, and the accommodation attendant Maria Mirabella. We never expected to get that every day care and attention, but even for that, we'd love to be back next year.

Attended a Christening there, did not stay in the hotel. The location was amazing overlooking the bay, and the Buffet meal was excellent with a wide variety of foods to suit everyone. The bathroom facilities there were very good, and they had plenty of parking for all the guests.
