I hate to give it 3 stars, but unfortunately that was the overall quality of our stay. Hotel itself is GREAT, clean, cozy, good staff, okay breakfast, great location. But it seems like there is absolutely NO SOUNDPROOFING. You hear everything from the rooms next door and corridors. Room next to us played very loud music with hard basses until 11-ish p.m. and then woke us up around 5 a.m. (coming back from party). The same noise was coming from other floors. We complained at the reception, I guess they talked to them, cause they stopped for one night and then continued. There was so many young people (looked almost like teenagers) who were extremely loud, drinking, singing and yelling on their balconies and because of the shape of the hotel its like they are yelling on your own balcony. The door slamming was horrible, the sound is so loud that wakes you up (I'm sure this can change, by installing some "door stoopers/slowers"), but of course its also up to disrespectful people who don't mind anyone else. Bottom line I know that a hotel can't choose the guests and their behavior, but there must be something one can do to control them and let the other guests (who didn't come to Ayia Napa to get drunk every night) to enjoy their holidays. I'm sorry to leave a not so good review to a good hotel, but it's the fact that these problems made a part of our stay there unpleasant and annoying.

One of the best value hotels I’ve stayed in! Rooms are quite modern with great A/C. They are also thoroughly cleaned every day. Pool area is quite nice. Sometimes quite full though. All inclusive food was surprisingly good. Of course nothing gourmet but really eatable. Also bars were great with unbelievably friendly service! Location is also really good. Near the strip but not to close. It is really peaceful during nighttime. Also the beach is close.

Shower pressure very slow, it took forever to wash hair, water coming out from like 30% of shower holes. Breakfast was more less always the same, but there were many options to try something new every day, dinner was excellent, and different. Towels and sheets were changed every day, putting wc sanitar in toilet, but the table wasnt cleaned. The wi-fi signal was very good. There were big ants in our room, walking in groups every morning from bathroom to our room. The Cyprus lady in the restaurant was always very pleasant and smiling and joking. The female receptionist, I guess Russian, didn't welcome us in a nice warm way guests should be welcomed, a bit strict and cold, and at check out, when we gave her a room Card key, she was like mhmm ok, bye, I don't get her attitude because we were nice and all guests should be treated the same no matter where are we from. The male staff at dinner who starts with "Hello" and asks would you like something for drink, lied to his boss- the restaurant manager, about how I asked him about room number, I simply asked what confused me and i didnt claim anything as he said, I heard him talking behind my back and twisted my words. 4 stars I give because, unlike those I mentioned, there were also very nice people working there, good food, you can feel relaxed. Stayed here with my partner for a week. We got one of the corner rooms so it was generally quiet for the most part. Breakfast food was great, location is fantastic, comfortable beds, well working air con, plenty of space by the pool, drinks were tasty from the pool bar, daily room cleaning. The biggest negative for us was the shower/drain situation. The water stream was HORRIFIC. Out of the whole shower head, water was coming from maybe like 6 of the holes out of 100… with such a horrible stream its so difficult to wash yourself from all the sun cream, hair conditioner etc. Also the design of the shower floor was so bad that all the water would just start running through the side onto the floor and flood the whole bathroom instead of into the drain in the shower “cubicle”. The room next to us had water coming out into the main hallway from their bathroom and through the room door due to the bad design. Bathroom floors did not have a drain so all the water coming from the shower had nowhere to go until cleaners came to clean the next day. In terms of noise, it was mostly quiet for us except some noise of young people talking loudly late at night in the main hallways when coming back from bars. Also some of them would knock on our door either accidentally in the middle of the night or on purpose and then run away which was indeed a bit annoying. Our room was poorly cleaned when we arrived and we also had to wait like 40 minutes because it wasn’t ready for us. Bedsheets, towels and the floor were nice and clean along with the bathroom but nightstands for example were dirty with someone elses hair still on it. The balcony floor was uncleaned and had sand everywhere. Breakfast food was delicious but it was annoying how the staff were so eager to grab the empty plate off your table. Also during the day by the pool, i had my towel on one of the chairs and was relaxing in the pool and one of the staff came and took away my unfinished drink glass which was by my chair and he just threw it in the trash… nice to pay money for a drink just for half of the drink to be put in the trash.

My husband and I stayed at Elena hotel for one week in August 2023. When we got there, the reception was big and ventilated, with lots of available seating. The whole hotel is giving the vibe of being a place for young adults partying in Agia Napa. No glas containers, bad sugary cocktails in the bar, and very little furniture in the rooms. The rooms consists of a bed, a chair, a fridge, air-conditioning and a TV. Also a bathroom and balcony. Since it is a party hotel with lots of young people, you can hear people outside your room at all hours of the night. A minus is that even though we got new towels and bed linen, there were stains and marks on them, from previous users. I would say that this hotel is best suited for young adults, or groups of friends that want to party. Not necessarily family-friendly. The hotel is very close to several nice markets and restaurants, a quick walk to the beach and about 15 minutes of walking to the great party districts.
