The worst! There is no SAFETY at the waterpark area. We were there two days: the first day two kids were in the funnel game, and they were drowning, and the ''lifeguard'' was unable to take them out of the game. Second day, i personally had an accident. I stacked in one of the water tubes. There was not enough water flow and i was trying to get out using my hands to move. Then a young boy, came behind me thought the tube and he hit me with his legs on the head. The boy broke his leg and was screaming from pain. I was calling the lifeguard to come to us and help us get out from the tube, but his mind was somewhere else. Couldn't hear me. My husband who was a bit far from the pool saw me and got in the pool and carry the boy out of the pool. I asked the ''sleeping lifeguard'' to ask the other one who was on the start of the tube, to close it and don't allow anyone else to get in because the water flow was not good. Of course he didn't. The boy went to the hospital for surgery, and to his mother, the staff said that it was his son fault, because he didn't follow the instructions of the lifeguard. Their vacations were destroyed too. When i talked to the manager of the Hotel, he ensured me that the waterpark license is renewed and all the checks were done. Unfortunately the lifeguards, they cannot find professionals, probably because of the salary they are paid, and as you can understand are not professionals. I asked him to be more careful with these matters because they have to do with humans lives, but seems they don't care. Of course, my ''reward'' was one free stay at the hotel, but i cannot go at the summer period, because are fully booked, as they told me. So, i can go only after September ( funny). After my accident, i heart also from some other friends who stacked in the tube, looks like no one checked it. I cannot imagine if one my kid was in my position in the accident. For sure we will have two injured kids and more serious conditions.

Very good hotel. Location is 20 minutes walk outside Ayia Napa in quiet area. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was good , always sunbeds available (was there in October). Service at bar and staff in general were excellent as was the food . Breakfast , lunch and dinner always had plenty good food. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel offering basic bland service, the rooms are clean and have a minimalistic decoration, obviously they cater to families with children. Somehow It reminded me of Charles Chaplin's Modern Times film. Breakfast is made to accomadate simultaneously large numbers of people. If you need a basic hotel and do not mind to be treated like just another number it may suit. Personally I will not return.

Great family hotel, well maintained, rooms are immaculate, food is good. Only downside is the evening entertainment, great for kids up to around 8 or 9, but not really anything for older kids and Adults. No disco or anything after 10/ 10.30. Bar outside was open a few years back, but that's closed completely on an evening now which is a real shame. Bed situation in a morning on the 2nd week of Aug was a pain, had to set an alarm to get a decent bed at 7/7.30 every morning for the main pool, kind of ruined the holiday for me really! Would still highly recommend this hotel though x

Very nice water park for the kids. Good slides and nice pool. I have to mention that the staff keeps the hotel very clean, they also cover the baby chairs in the restaurants with plastic wrap to keep it clean thats something i never seen. Although i rated 5 stars, one recommendation to the hotel is that charging 5 euros for extra key card doesn't give you a good feeling as a customer. That of course didn't damage our experience, just a recommendation.
