POED Residences is located deep in the forest where the beautiful scenery meets the facilities of the property like; bar, garden and accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi.
Guests can have fun in the games room, where there will be entertainment for both adults and children.
The rooms are for non-smokers. There is a car park for car owners. It will be a pleasure to relax on the terrace with a cup of coffee any month of the year.

Very quiet and beautiful area, notice that the hotel is not inside the village and you will have to drive 5 minuets in order to get to the Main Street.

In the middle of the forest, fantastic location, spacious, warm houses, fully equipped kitchen at low prices. There is a restaurant on site. Bed linen is provided, no bath towels. No WiFi available either.

I have traveled quite a lot, but this accommodation provided the worst service and treatment of a guest I have ever experienced. We stayed there in February 2025. Of course, at high altitudes during this time of year, it is cold. Since we were traveling with a small child, we asked if they could heat the place in advance. They replied that it wasn’t necessary, as the accommodation would warm up within half an hour.
Of course, when we arrived, it was freezing cold. It only started to get warmer after about 30 hours. Naturally, our child got sick due to the cold. When we complained, there was no response at all.
We also didn’t receive any bed linen—we had to sleep on a bare mattress. The bathroom was moldy. To this day, we have not received any apology.

Location, views, mountain air and pine trees are amazing! Hotel consists of semi-detached small houses at the middle of forest. If you want to enjoy the silence and listen to the birds singing this hotel is the right choice.
Room had everything what we need, even oven. But we didn’t cook a lot, we mostly eat in the restaurant Art Eat located at the middle of hotel area. In autumn restaurant works just on Fridays and Weekends. We really enjoyed the food, service and hospitality in the restaurant.
