Had a few teething issues but the staff were so eager to help and got sorted right away had a fantastic time and the food was delicious would definitely return
We have nothing to say other than good things about this hotel. It’s day 2, and I feel like I’m in heaven. We were a little worried due to some of the previous comments but something must’ve changed as everything from the rooms, food, drinks to the amenities are all 10/10. We didn’t expect to love this place as much as we do. We will DEFINITELY come back!

If you want to sleep, forget about it
The workers start at 6:30, power washing, pushing noisy trolleys, blowing leafs and so on. I complaint to the hotel manager but to no effect, next day all the same.
If you want a sunbed, you better be up before 6 am, I am not joking.
The bartenders put their fingers in the drinks when preparing for lunch and dinner service, and they might actually ask for a tip if you are polite enough to say thank you.
Drinks are watered down to a level that you feel that you drink only syrop on cocktails.
Staff- rude
And please, for the love of god, have no naked time in the room between 11 and 4 as the cleaners have no shame, see you naked and still ask to come in to change the towels, apparently it's very important for them.
Rooms- well, pictures do lie, mold and rust
If you want a double bed you have to call ahead of time, otherwise you get 2 single beds pushed together
The toilet seat in the room was barely hanging for dear life, and same was for the first room we spent a night in.
Toilet facilities in the hotel stinky and disgusting, only 3 toilets for when you are at the pool from wich one is inside the hotel and one at the spa.
Gym... That is not a gym, that is ..I do not know how to call it. A few dumbbells and some runned down machines that were new probably when Beetles were just getting started.

We have had a fantastic time here. The room was lovely and spacious and the food was always really good. Never once did with have an issue with anything we ate. Andreas and his team are so professional. The staff at the pool bar are also really nice. The grab and go food is a brilliant idea. We stayed all inclusive and the drinks were fine and served in decent glasses. We had some sort of entertainment every evening.
Sun beds - we did always managed to find one (eventually) but people are out there very early.
The maids - cleaned our rooms well and were very pleasant.
The only negative I can give is re the late check out. I requested one for our room and was informed it would be €100 from 12.00 until 18.00. Somewhat pricey when a room for the whole night is around €127.
Would we return - yes we would. We have had a lovely holiday. Thanks to all at the hotel for a lovely experience. I will be sad to leave tomorrow ☹️x
