Near the airport and not far from the sea either. Rooms are bare with minimal, old furniture and lighting. The l beds aren’t terrible however the place itself isn’t very clean - we had two layovers there, one week apart, and the balconies showed garbage and brown stains that hadn’t been cleaned or cleared out.
The service was fine and both times the receptionists ordered us taxis which arrived swiftly.
The mini-bar smelled awful and the water in the sink tasted strange (while brushing teeth).
The place is cheap and very cheap is what you get

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!
I stayed at this hotel recently and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. We booked a room for three people, but it was ridiculously small – we literally couldn’t move without bumping into each other. The room was dirty upon arrival, and to make matters worse, there were only towels for one person and just two pillows.
When I went down to the reception to ask for a third pillow, they couldn’t find one and instead gave me a blanket to use under my head. Totally unacceptable.
The sunbeds by the pool were filthy – so dirty that I had to wipe one down myself with a cloth, and the cloth turned black from the grime. Disgusting.
To make things even worse, there is a care facility (possibly a hospital or mental health center) directly across from the hotel. Every night, we had to listen to unsettling screams and cries coming from that direction. It was honestly disturbing and made it impossible to relax or sleep.
The only good thing I can say is that one of the female receptionists was kind and tried to help, even though you could see she felt awkward because guests were constantly coming to complain. On the other hand, two male receptionists were incredibly rude – they didn’t even greet guests or acknowledge us at all.
I strongly advise against staying here. It was a truly unpleasant experience, and I regret booking this place.
We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The room looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com – it was a completely different reality. As soon as we walked in, there was a strong smell of dampness that never went away. There was no TV in the room, which was not mentioned anywhere. The fridge was dirty, smelled awful, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The bathroom was in a terrible condition – the toilets were dirty, the bathtubs were very old, and the lighting throughout the room was outdated and depressing. Overall, it felt neglected and far below even basic standards. Would not recommend at all.
the room had a horrible smell especially in the bathroom. there is no wastepaper basket in the room.
Towels are changed every 3 to 4 days. There was no soap/shower gel in the bathroom. I had to request for soap/shower gel and when I asked for a fresh towel on my second day, I was informed that the management only allowed the towels to be changed every 3 to 4 days - this, despite the fact that I had paid for every day of the six nights that I had booked for!!
The cleaners on the first floor are very rude and do not clean the rooms properly.
It was (and still is) a terrible experience and I will definitely not be going back or recommending the hotel to my family and friends.
BTW, I am writing this review whilst still at the hotel, because I still have two more nights!
...and for those who still want to book the hotel because of the location, take your own towels and soap/shower gel with you if you're planning on spending more than one night!

Except for location, everything else was very disappointing. We asked for twin beds but the guy at the reception said they don’t have, and they offered a small mattress on a wooden base that they kept outside on the floor and looks very old and dirty! The guy at the reception was saying I gave you a very good room! If that was good, I’m wondering what’s bad. The room and bathroom were not properly cleaned. Very poor cleaning service. The breakfast is the same everyday. I would pay a little more and pick a better place next time.

From casual diving at the poolside to formal dining in the restaurant, the menu offers a variety of Cypriot and Continental cuisine, with regular "Theme Nights" serving traditional Cypriot dishes and entertaining group dances accompanied by live music. The restaurant is situated on the ground floor next to the reception desk. It is small and very informal, like the rest of the hotel.
Cafe Evita Cocktail Bar, adjoining the pool deck is a perfect place to meet with friends or business associates for a cocktail or drink.
