Believe all the bad reviews every single one. Staff couldn't care and ignore will ignore you if you're female. The rooms well they swept the floor and made the bed with the same bedding for our duration, how do I know? I'm going to say the ink stains on the covers never changed places...
Food I'm glad there was two amazing places for food after seeing the chef blow his nose into his hand and rub whatever came out on his trousers. Want to know the ingredients nope, don't be silly you have to guess luckily we noticed before my partner ate the pomegranate which he's severely allergic too in the jelly.
Life guards couldn't be arsed to look up from their phones when my nephew fell in the pool. If you go with kids watch them like a hawk.
This is not a relaxing holiday this was prison with more outside time.
All inclusive yeah with the food that causes diarrhea the best thing is you will lose weight for the next holiday you will need!!
Don't even bother complaining to them or to higher ups you will be ignored, I have an album of everything that is wrong with the place. Also don't go in the pool the day of rain we had well the drains backed up and went into the pool, the cleaning up after the rain inside the restaurant and lobby guess where they got the water? Yup the sewer pool.
Go somewhere else don't waste your money. Don't risk lives. Ignore the positive reviews they are the staff that work there all sent the same message to use.
So to reiterate very bad, very unfriendly, very much don't give a heck. But shoutout to the blue spice and tipsy turtle for feeding us and letting us use the facilities at their premises (across the road from hell)

What a brilliant hotel, lovely staff nothing is to much trouble .food is outstanding plenty of selection , drinks are brought to your tables whilst eating.the water park is brilliant for all ages children and adults.the lazy river is so peaceful .rooms are very clean and quite spacious for what you pay for your stay here all in all you would definately enjoy a stay here if you booked.😀

We went here for an 8-day stay in August and when we saw the reviews before going we got nervous if it was the right choice but I'm glad we didn't change it. Yes,the hotel needs renovation and probably more cleaning but everything apart from that was very good. Most of the stuff were very helpful and kind, never experienced such kind staff before. The pools and slides were also very good,nothing wrong there. The food deserves 5 stars on its own it was brilliant and tasted very good. Absolutely loved our stay!

After arriving at the hotel at 3 am we thought that the next 12 hours before we could check in are going to be brutal. Instead we were greeted by an extremely pleasant man that made sure to ask housekeeping to prepare our rooms as fast as it was possible. Our rooms were ready 4 hours before planned check in time allowing us to rest after travelling for a whole night. We even got to enjoy some breakfast for free, even though theoretically we haven’t checked in yet.
Nice and clean rooms, super friendly staff. Don’t have any complaints

ooking made for the 1724th July with Marlita hotel appt.
Please note despite booking with marlita we were checked in under a sister hotel called Anastastia which only has a 2.4 review score (we would not have booked this)
At the time of this review we were told we would be contacted to discuss a complaint and after 24 hours no one has done so. Do not book here.
We were checked into the wrong room (double instead of twin) given the wrong board (half board instead of all inclusive) and there was no manager present.
The next morning the manager asked us to email this to her so she could look later, despite us missing out on 1 night AI already.
I had proof that I had already emailed and then they looked it had been opened and no response given.
We were eventually moved and given correct board but there were other issues.
Hotel advertises free sun loungers, they're free by the pool but the private beach attached to the hotel (with the logo on the shades) charges you for sun lounger use.
This is not explained.
The second pool (quiet one with no music) was closed on 3 occasions for more than 2 hours at a time due to maintenance work. The other pool has children and entertainment games and is not suitable (who wants to hear gangnam style every morning ?!)
Ant infestation in room and a friendly lizard (the lizard didn't pose any issues)
See attached photos of the state of the lobby, used linen left for over 24 hours by house keeping and in the way.
Jacuzzi despite being advertised was drained and not usable, there was a heatwave so access to the downstairs inside pool was helpful however.
Night time entertainment is advertised and the week we spent there wasn't any (or we weren't shown where to go, there's no welcome pack for guests)
Food overall was decent and had a food selection for the adults.
Service for drinks during meals was not great but they have a lot of people to tend too.
Cigarette butt's EVERYWHERE. I get it people smoke but the gardens and pool area were covered and the cleaners for the pool and grounds did not sweep them.
Stay was not good and we are pursuing action with bank to dispute as not as described.
