The Stamatia Hotel, an officially 3 star hotel, is one of the most prestigious and extremely popular hotels of Ayia Napa. The hotel is well known for its friendly staff and relaxed holiday environment.
The hotel's design combines luxury elements with modern amenities and the warm interiors provide guests with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Each zone of the public areas provides a mix of comfortable and stylish seating options, caters to a variety of needs and is designed to create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
All of the air-conditioned rooms have balconies and some have views of the sea. Each room has a hairdryer, satellite TV and a direct phone line.
The restaurant at Stamatia serves Mediterranean and international cuisine prepared with fresh local ingredients. The Dionysius bar serves exotic cocktails and serves al fresco Greek cuisine beside the pool.
The hotel has several sun terraces and a TV lounge for guests' enjoyment. A playground and a paddling pool are available for younger visitors.
The hotel is in the heart of Ayia Napa, just a few minutes walk from the beach and about five minutes' walk from the picturesque tourist and fishing harbour. On-site parking is available for a fee.

Location wise is a great hotel that has everything what you need to have a great time. Service could be nicer - they are trying their best to be happy and helpful but sometimes smile could be all guest want otherwise it feels like they are there as a punishment.
Food is good - not great not bad. No food wasting as there is small restaurant only so not so much variety.
Something to choose from and not being hungry. This is in my opinion good thing.
Drinks on all inclusive are nice ! Cannot complain as better and than all hotels I’ve been in for the last couple years in 3*hotels.
The only downside is they did not care about the marking dangerously slippery wet stairs that caused an accident and almost ruined holidays mood with 70€ bill for the taxi to nearest hospital. It’s their responsibility to put the marking on dangerous places when wet, especially if they had one inside on totally dry floor!
Small pool, sun beds are mostly reserved after the breakfast. But it was enough as beach is close!
Reception girls were nice and friendly.
Rooms cleaned every day. Complimentary wine and cookies very tasty on the day of arrival!

I had a wonderful stay at Stamatia Hotel in Ayia Napa. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Our room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided daily, which made the stay even more comfortable.🙂
The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the delicious food—there was a great variety, and everything was very tasty❤️
The location is excellent—right next to the sea and close to the town center, so everything is within walking distance. There were always free sunbeds by the pool, which was a big plus😉
The only small downside was the lack of evening entertainment, which could have made the experience even better.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ayia Napa. I would definitely stay here again! ❤️
We stayed here as a group of 4 for 4 nights. We were put in the room 2 floors right above our friends, id say our room was slightly bigger. Would’ve been nice if we were next to each other but it wasn’t a big deal. The rooms are basic but nice and pretty clean. Our balcony (on the 5th floor) was big and had the glass railing whereas our friends’ (on the 3rd floor) was smaller and had this white railing which didn’t look as nice. Our bathroom was also slightly bigger. The mini fridges were terrible in both rooms though, barely made our drinks cold at all.
The location of this hotel is great; close to many nice shops and restaurants, 3 minute walk to the harbour/beach and about 10 minutes from the strip. The staff were all lovely except we asked one lady at breakfast if we could have some mugs as there was none left and she just looked at us, turned away and started doing something else. Maybe her English wasn’t very good, i am not sure.
The food for breakfast was okay, they had all the basics like toast, cereal, yogurt, pastries, eggs etc. The cold meats and cheeses weren’t very nice. They didn’t really have any fruit which was disappointing, they had some grapefruit and oranges sliced and big bowls of tinned fruit like peaches but this was it. We didn’t eat anything else at the hotel other than breakfast and some slushies.
The pool was nice. On our last day we used the pool after check out and they have a shower you can use where the sauna etc is, you just have to ask for the key and towel at reception. We didn’t use the sauna, gym and massage room facilities so cannot comment on this. The hotel was pretty quiet throughout our stay, i would just say the Saturday night was a bit noisy.
Overall i would recommend this hotel for a short trip.

- Zorbas Bakery (the best bakery!)
- Megu Japanese Restaurant (amazing sushi and ribeye)
- Molos seaside (great for brunch & 2 mins away)
- If you go to Protaras Pier there is a place called Yianna Marie Beach Bar which does lovely food and the staff are great

Nice hotel in Aya napa.
+Perfect located
+Everything was clean
+All of the staff was really kindly, only the (manager) guy in black shirt was really rude, that's why I only give you 2 stars.
+Fresh salad in the buffet.
-Rude manager
-No fresh water in the all-inclusive
-No free pool towels
-Bad gym with not working machines.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this hotel. I had a confirmed reservation, but the hotel canceled it, claiming it was fully booked, even though it was available when I booked it. I suspect that as a solo traveler, I was pushed out because my room was meant for two people. I strongly advise solo travelers to avoid this hotel altogether.
