close location to the strip and corner supermarkets however the hotel was awful. HAD TO PAY 20€ PER UNIT OF AC (2 in room) you could hear everyone outside talking, paper thin walls. sheets were stained with dots of random stains when we got there and the towels aswell. Shower had limescale (green stuff) all over it. kitchen wasnt adequately stocked as it didnt have enough cutlery for 4 despite that being the amount of people in the room. kettle was peeling inside so we couldnt use it. no oven no microwave hardly any thing to cook with. genuinely shockingly awful and dirty with a tiny balcony view of the road.. ac must have not been cleaned as well as it made a few of us very sick with chest infections.

Before booking I asked what room had the largest balcony and a pool view, I was then told it was the one bedroom apartment, upon arrival we were placed in a smaller room with the smallest balcony and no pool view, we asked reception and was told the reservations office is closed and to come back between 8am and 11pm. The next day I went down at 9am and was then told it only opens from 7am to 7:30am. The room would not be changed in the end. There was no bedsheets for the sofa bed which had suspicious stains on it, the bathroom has no lock and is covered with rust. House keeping only comes once every 3 days to empty bins. The air con is in good condition but costs €40 for each unit.

The room was large but quite basic, and had stains on the wall which I'm really hoping was a drink because it looked suspiciously like blood. The air con in the room is fantastic which was a godsend when we needed a break from the sun! Very basic kitchen facility with missing plates/cups but it was nice to have the means to make ourselves a tea/coffee or prepare a snack when we couldn't be bothered going out - the shops next to the hotel have absolutely everything you need. The worst part is the amount of noise at night. People slam doors, and last night we had people knocking on our door at 5am and then running. The bar is friendly but overpriced, and the food is poor compared to literally everywhere else on the streets around it. The pool is fine, but the toilets don't lock properly and you have to walk by the underground car park to get to them. Use your room instead of the pool facilities for sure. Considering the price and location we've had an absolutely fantastic holiday BUT I would say spending a bit more for a nicer hotel close by is recommended. I'd really like to rate this higher, but I realise the location is the 5-star aspect and this is just the place to sleep, shower and change clothes. Considering the rubbish sleep from the noise at night it doesn't do a good job at that. On paper it really looks like you've found a hidden gem with this place, but the reality is you get what you pay for. The hotel is completely open at night, even the rooms, which is a safety concern.

Great budget hotel for a party holiday. Not too far from the strip. Rooms can be cleaned every day if needed. Decent food by the pool and a good sized pool. Bar staff are reasonably friendly. Toilets near the pool are a bit grim and one doesn't lock. Overall great for our needs!

The apartment we stayed in was very spacious but basic, the cooker handle was broken, the toaster smelled of burning, when I tried to use it. The maid literally walked into our room various times without knocking at 8:45am. We are both not young so did not appreciate this, we found this to be quite rude and it felt as if we were not paying to stay there and got it for free. A positive for this hotel is that the lady on reception was very pleasant and helpful. We also ate in the buffet restaurant one night for 12 euros each, the selection of food was small and basic, not worth the money, we only ate at the buffet, as there was not a lot open in March and cold to go out.
