The rooms were very noisy, our family suite, which is not really a suite its just a bigger room with Sofa bed, barely have enough space to move around, the balcony however is a decent size , but all balconies are open to each other, and there is no privacy, some of the families around us were very noisy, and kids kept peeking into our room, and at night due to the connecting door with other room it was hard to sleep , we could hear the screaming and slamming doors all night, some of the hotel staff seem nice, but they appeared stressed and burned out, other staff were arguing with guests almost every day, not sure what the guests issues were, but it was unpleasant to see and almost hard to even ask for help when you see continuous arguments by the reception, the location of the hotel is convenient but it's not overlooking the sea, you have to walk quite a distance to get to the beach. I gave 2 stars , 1 for the location and one for the staff member who helped give me a cream for an insect bite I got at the hotel, she left her ointment for me at the reception to use everyday. That was a nice gesture.

Not a 4* hotel in sense of the quality of rooms and services. Its a very good 3*. Noisy corridors (not only from other guests but actual staff that moves around furniture when cleaning or rearranging.) Depends who is on reception shift you might be discriminated at from check in! Though staff at breakfast are kind. Though excellent location you are in walking distance from watersports, beach, other restaurants and local transportation (bus system)

Honestly for a 3-4 star hotel I was surprised how well it turned out to be. The rooms are very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. Bathroom's a little tight though. But AC and Electricity is always available. The service is great. All the personnel are very helpful, friendly and professional/serviceminded. The proximity to the beach however is what's best about this location. The beach is literally 2 minutes away with lots of restaurants and shops all around the vicinity. There are a few downsides though: the pool area is generally nice but pretty small and very open (there are 5-6 tall buildings surrounding the hotel pool-area) so it doesn't give you that privacy you want. Also since the pool area is pretty small, sunbathing chairs aren't many so they're almost always busy. You have to reserve one early in the morning which is what most guests do here. Another downside is the limited pool hours (10-18) so no midnight pool dips which obviously sucks, but you'll always have the warm embrace of the beach when the pool no longer can deliver. The buffets aren't that great either. There is variety sure but it's not that impressive. Even the occasional evening buffet is mid. There are however bars and restaurants in the hotel besides the buffet so the possibility to get food and drinks throughout the day inside the hotel is available which is great if you do not feel like leaving the place. The hotel stay isn't the cheapest, but considering the upsides especially the hospitality and the proximity to the beach, I'd say it's worth it and I'd recommend it. Easy 8/10 PS. There are MANY cats here. Both in the hotel area and outside. They rely on the kindness of tourists and locals to survive. So please, when you stay here, don't forget to feed them and give them water.

The hotel’s location was close to everything — honestly, the best thing about it was its amazing location. As for cleanliness, it was good, not bad. But the annoying part was that every time they cleaned the room, they would remove the card from inside, so when we got back, the air conditioning would be off. Other than that, everything was great

Rooms are renovated and clean. The view is not great though as it's surrounded by a society. Near the beach and the breakfast is good! Kids friendly pools and staffs are friendly. Highly recommend for family and friends!
