Perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
The hotel staff is extremly friendly. We stayed in the hotel at the very end of the season and they were still smiling and helpful with everything. At arrivel we received a room upgrade and free drinks during our whole stay!

I had to cancel my reservation due to visa problem. The hotel said that they could not provide a refund because I made my reservation using booking.com. Later, booking.com offered a solution and requested an email from the hotel for a refund. However, this time the hotel did not want to pay refund. They did victimize me by not paying me back for a night I couldn't stay. What a shame for such a five star hotel.

We spent time with our family at this hotel, but unfortunately, it did not deliver the 5-star hotel experience we expected. The all-inclusive deal is overpriced for the food, which stays the same for days with very limited variety. On top of that, the process of dining at the restaurants is quite frustrating. By default, the staff refuses entry unless you book in advance, even when the restaurants are empty, which makes for a poor experience.
The staff at check-in were quite unfriendly, with poor communication skills. I was left waiting for about 10 minutes without any feedback, and only received information when I explicitly asked why I was waiting.
Overall, the hotel is decent compared to average hotels that cost half the price, but given the rates they charge, it falls far below expectations.
We won’t be coming back.

Besides the delay with getting the room ready everything else is beyond amazing at this hotel. The manager Jamie made sure my family was comfortable and took care of us the best possible way. The food, access to the beach, service, pools, cleanliness... all together justifies 5 starts hotel.

When parents book Half Board or Full Board, children up to 14 years old stay for free under the same plan. The Kids Club and Kids Animation are supervised by experienced staff and welcome children aged 4 to 12. In-room amenities include children's bathrobes and slippers in three sizes. "Nino Nina" Kids' Club
At GrandResort, children are well cared for at the “Nino Nina” Kids' Club, where dedicated staff look after younger guests aged 4 to 12. Professionally trained personnel specialize in children's activities, such as painting, clay modeling, and other engaging experiences. Babysitting services are also available upon request.
