The staff are kind - only at the breakfast area. Rest all over the hotel it’s a mess . Room Received was not what we paid for . Booking say sea view however they coldly give you a partial sea facing. the shampoos and soaps were half used bottles when we moved in . The water bottles have to be reminded everyday for replenish. Room service will charge you if you plan to sometimes order food from outside for their cutlery , or even Ice €4. Even after this they would limit the plates to only big size 4 plates maximum. We were two families travelling and sometimes planned to have dinner in one room and needed slightly more than 4 plates - they would refuse:-) . Please carry your travel adapter else they don’t help with one being a 5star property. Call The reception they say pls go and buy an adapter, really weird for a 5 star property.However I requested one of the house keeping ladies directly and she was sweet enough to bring me one. Many more small issues like this , hence I do-not recommend this property for the money we pay.

This is such a awesome hotel. Stunning pool with access to lovely beach. You would need to hire a car as area quite remote. But we hardly left hotel as a family with kids.
Popped in for a coffee during a walk in the area. Sat on dirty cushions whilst having my sachet of decaf Nescafé and a pot of hot water. Paid €5.50 for the privilege. Poor effort from this "5 star" hotel.

We had a great time! The location of the hotel was excellent, very convenient and close to everything we wanted to visit. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety and fresh ingredients. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Both the pool and the rooms were spotless, which we really appreciated. The only small downside was that the jacuzzi wasn’t working, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience. We would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation!

Upon arrival, the hotel initially seemed promising, and we were excited to be in Cyprus, looking forward to enjoying our vacation. However, when we checked into our room, we were disappointed to find that we had been assigned a parking view with a partial view of the seats, despite paying an extra charge for a sea view. This was especially disheartening given that we had specifically reserved this room on the same day.
Later that evening, we decided to cancel our second night, and the staff informed us that we could check out in the morning to receive a full refund. However, when we returned in the morning, we were informed that the refund was no longer possible. This change in policy is unacceptable, especially since we had already made arrangements to check out.
We are very disappointed with this experience and feel it was handled unprofessionally.

When parents book Half Board or Full Board, children up to 14 years old stay for free under the same plan. The Kids Club and Kids Animation are supervised by experienced staff and welcome children aged 4 to 12. In-room amenities include children's bathrobes and slippers in three sizes. "Nino Nina" Kids' Club
At GrandResort, children are well cared for at the “Nino Nina” Kids' Club, where dedicated staff look after younger guests aged 4 to 12. Professionally trained personnel specialize in children's activities, such as painting, clay modeling, and other engaging experiences. Babysitting services are also available upon request.
