Constantinou Bros Athena Royal Beach Hotel is an adult-focused, four-star, waterfront hotel in Kato Paphos. Places of archaeological interest, restaurants, bars and shops are located at a convenient short distance.
A few metres away from the hotel entrance is a bus stop and taxis are always available. Parking in the hotel car park is free for guests.
The resort is situated 15km away from the Paphos airport and 140 km from Larnaca airport. Four excellent golf courses are within a short driving distance. All the rooms offer large balconies with majestic views of the sea or of the hotel’s extensive gardens.

Lovely hotel. Amazing service..
Room had mini fridge, coffee maker, kettle, tea, coffee, iron and board, shampoo, conditioner, beach towels, bathrobes and slippers. Food was plentiful and some lol.... beach at hotel slightly rocky but not too far to sandy beach and harbour (20-30 beachfront walk).. hotel has spa, gym, indoor pool, cycle hire, 3 bowling greens, tennis court, putting course, dance room..

We have stayed here twice before and have booked to return in May next year. Simply cannot fault this hotel for a relaxed adults only break. It is a lovely walk along the sea front to the harbour if you wish to dine out in the evening; if not then dining in the hotel won't disappoint either.

Expensive compared to other hotels but adult only & was fabulous. Rooms spacious, food great & alternative restaurants were excellent. Plenty of bar staff, entertainment each evening: singers, BBQ, magician etc. Plenty of sunbeds available. Lovely coastal path that you can walk to The Harbour 30 mins, lots of bars & restaurants & shops. Hotel staff lovely & friendly & was quiet during the day which is what we wanted. Would recommend

We were happy with every aspect of the hotel , the staff were friendly, the rooms and service were good & we even got a free upgrade to a suite with it being our honeymoon!
The only downside of the hotel in our opinion was the vile pensioners who would tut and talk amongst themselves as my wife passed them in a bikini! Also at the dinner table if she decided to wear a nice dress. So the only negative part of this review is the guests. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the food was amazing. Defo recommended this place for a quiet and relaxing holiday, but if your young beware you will get stared and tutted at by the oldies!

We stayed for 10 nights. The price seemed expensive at the time, however we'll worth it. Guaranteed sunbeds at the pool and private beach area all free of charge, we only got bed and breakfast however the breakfast was great. Rooms cleaned every day and we were provided with fresh towels and soaps daily. The hotel also had a gym and spa, indoor pool all free of charge. The hotel was beautiful inside and well maintained. The room was ample size and the air con was a life saver! Only downside is that it is far from a decent sandy beach and far from the harbour with all the restaurants, however there are a few good restaurants nearby and it's only a 40 minute walk across. Definitely would come back again.
