Visited Sunrise Beach Hotel in Protaras just for the day to enjoy the bar and pool, and it was an absolutely lovely experience! 🌞 The customer service was outstanding, especially from Harris – friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. People like Harris make you want to come back again and again.
The food was delicious, the prices were very reasonable, and the whole atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed and happy, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm and friendly service. The rooms were spotless, maybe not the newest, but well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy our holiday.
One of the highlights was the food – the head chef truly goes above and beyond, offering a different themed menu every night. It was a treat to look forward to dinner each day, and the variety kept things exciting.
The location is another big plus: just a short walk to the beach, with the choice to swim in the ocean or enjoy the hotel’s pool (which is pleasantly warm!). A thoughtful touch we really appreciated was the assigned loungers – no early morning rush to “reserve” spots, and plenty available for everyone.
The hotel itself is T-shaped, and we highly recommend booking a room on one of the upper floors facing the ocean. The views are absolutely stunning – it’s worth it!
All in all, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I would not say this place is 5*
Some staff are very rude, we where assigned sunbeds at the back next to a wall under a tree so we kindly asked to be relocated, the person we spoke to was not happy about this for some reason, we noticed every time someone was asking to move it was a big deal to them.
We also noticed the floors and shower in our room where not cleaned once during the stay although beds where made daily
We paid for late checkout as our transfer was at 9pm, on check in we was not made aware that we would need to get the key programmed as this stopped working at 12pm, when we got the key re programmed we was made aware we need to checkout at 6pm so we had to sit in reception for 3 hours not ideal especially when we paid extra for late checkout
We tried a few of the restaurants that are apart of the hotel chain and to be fair the food was not bad we found most of the food around to be average

A beautiful hotel in a very good location, right on the main street of Protaras!
Food was good and varied, just missed more vegetables in the breakfast.
The staff were very nice and friendly.
I was only disappointed with the hotel when it came to the bed - I asked for a double bed and got 2 twin beds being put together. When I asked them to fix it, they said they will put another mattress on top of it (which did make it better but the mattress itself was way too soft).
Generally good value for money!

This hotel is perfect for a truly enjoyable beach vacation. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and always helpful, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. We especially appreciated the flexibility of being able to dine at nearby restaurants as well.
There were so many little touches that made the stay special: frozen towels served on the beach, the option to order drinks and snacks directly to your sunbed, fresh towels provided daily, and having a reserved sunbed for the entire stay.
The organization of the hotel was also outstanding. Everything ran smoothly, and you could tell that guest comfort was a top priority.
Highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

There are four swimming pools: one indoor heated pool, a children’s splash pool, a large Lagoon style pool with a cross over bridge and Oasis swim – up pool bar serving refreshing beverages and snacks and a brand new adults only pool. Sun beds and umbrellas are allocated to all guests on arrival for the duration of their stay so they avoid having to secure a spot early in the morning. From mid-October and in early April, there is also an outdoor heated pool, offering guests the privilege of swimming during periods when the weather is cooler.
