Fantastic stay from check in to check out. Booked to celebrate a special birthday and even though we were there for one night the staff took the time to sing happy birthday during our lunch and presented me with a beautiful cake and flowers. Big shout out goes to the Guest Experience Manager, Ms Vo Thi Kim Tuyen, who went above and beyond. The breakfast was the best we have ever had in a hotel. Our regret is that we only stayed for one night

This hotel is amazing, 5* for customer service, cleanliness and location. The location is fantastic, literally a few minutes from all you need in Napa. The staff gave 5* service 100% of the time. Stayed in August (and see below I added for October re-visit)! Special thanks to Eleni at reception, Irina for the best water aerobics in any hotel, Christina the lifeguard for exceptional customer service and rapport, Billy for great rapport, fun and of course the latest sunglasses trends... Christos and all the bar staff for helping keep my insulin in the fridge - can't thank you all enough for making my stay so comfortable, fun & memorable. I've already booked to come back! Highly recommend for all as I stayed on my own for a few days and walking distance to meet friends ....but it's great for couples and families too and something for everyone! Great Hotel, stayed for 7 nights all-inclusive and for a smaller sized hotel the service was brilliant, plenty of staff around if you have any questions and everyone welcomed you with a hello and a smile😊 Pros - Very friendly staff! Room was perfect and cleaned every day. Food was pretty good for an all-inclusive, only a few dishes that I thought could have been better over the entire week, 95% if not more was super tasty in my eyes. Lunch and breakfast were the best in my opinion and I loved that they had different food for lunch and dinner everyday but I would have loved a few more of the kebabs on the live stand, they were incredible! The lobby and front of the hotel is gorgeous, you really have that feeling you are on holiday when you step in there. Pool was clean, bit cold but the same as everywhere in late October. Luxury sunbeds were nice but a bit overpriced I think 10euros would be more reasonable we got them for a day and decided it wasn’t really worth it. Doors open until early hours of the morning if not all night? , we wanted a McDonald’s and we’re very hungry after being up chatting on the balcony until 1am. This doesn’t disrupt the hotel in my experience though, lobby is still super quiet at this time of night. Cons - Room was a bit in need of an upgrade, everything else in the room was brilliant bar the wall paper that could do with changing but the room was lovely and modern other than that. Entertainment- The hotel need to invest more in their entertainment. I can understand why they don’t though as there is brilliant entertainment about and around the hotel but there’s only so much billy and kristina can do on the nights they are on their own! We decided to go out after the first two nights so not sure if we missed any good entertainment as others have said it is good on here, we were also out of peak season so can be expected because of that too. Views- This was my fault as I didn’t really research the surrounding area much and usually opt for a more mountainous region with less views of hotels around, but it was also nice to step out of my comfort zone a bit. Overall I would rate this hotel a 4.5 out of 5 but a 5 for the value we got the package holiday for! A special thank you to the lifeguards for helping my boyfriend with advice on his first tattoo and just being generally lovely, thanks girls!! And the other staff were also brilliant and so kind! Really made me feel at home as it was my first holiday abroad in 5 years and being the lead traveller was a bit overwhelming but I felt brilliant once I had settled into the environment!

Really 😞 😥 This holiday was terrible! My dad paid for all-inclusive at Nestor Hotel, but guess what? No ice cream was included! I mean, what’s the point of all-inclusive if kids can’t even get ice cream? And there wasn’t any food around either unless you ordered it. Not fun at all. The pool was a disaster too. First, I got told off for playing with a ball—like, what else am I supposed to do in a pool? Then I brought an inflatable, and they said no to that too. So basically, no fun allowed for kids. The worst part? My dad almost got arrested because the hotel staff were being super rude. I was scared, and it just made the whole holiday even worse. If you’re a kid and want to have a good time, trust me, don’t go to Nestor Hotel!

All-Inclusive Isn’t All-Inclusive: We booked an all-inclusive package but had to pay for the kids’ ice cream separately. Really? We paid for everything to be included, yet they still found a way to nickel-and-dime us. What’s next, charging for beer? If you’re promoting all-inclusive, then make it truly inclusive. 2. Strict Pool Rules for Kids: On the first day, our kids went to the pool but found they couldn’t do anything except swim. They weren’t allowed to play with balls, use floats, or even bring inflatable toys into the water. How is this fun for kids? The hotel claims to be family-friendly, yet it restricts kids from simply playing in the pool. It was incredibly disappointing and honestly ruined the vacation. If you have children, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. 3. Awful Customer Service on a Special Occasion: The worst was yet to come. We were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday. When I approached the reception with a concern, they didn’t want to listen. Later, after we went out to celebrate, we returned to find a manager (or at least someone acting with undue authority) threatening to remove our wristbands, which would downgrade our package to bed-and-breakfast only. This was shocking, especially after we paid over £4,600 for an all-inclusive stay. I asked to speak with the actual manager, but instead, they called the police on us! It was an unacceptable response to a customer complaint. In summary, this hotel is not interested in providing good service; they just want your money. The food is mediocre, breakfast was disappointing, and the overall management was subpar. A few staff members try their best, but the hotel’s policies work against a positive experience. If you’re spending significant money for a family holiday, consider other hotels on the island where you and your loved ones will actually be treated well. Don’t waste your vacation on this place. Our room 347 also avoid this room if possible !
