I recently spent 4 days with my wife and all j can say is that these people absolutely know what hospitality is all about.
It is not just the sea and the sun which are indeed marvelous in Zakynthos, but it is all about the unique experience that make you leave behind the stressful everyday routine and instantly be transported to another, eco-friendly, warm and welcoming environment.
We absolutely loved the food, the politeness of everyone and their genuine smiles.
If you're looking for a unique, unspoiled hospitality experience, you've got to come here!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Castelli Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zakynthos. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and has such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.
What really made my stay special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making my holiday memorable. The food was excellent, the facilities were fantastic, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was outstanding.
Thank you to the whole team for such a lovely experience. I left already wanting to come back!

We are just back from an amazing week in castelli hotel. From the time you walked through the hotel doors you are greet by the most amazing staff. They are so kind and helpful and would do anything you. You couldn't ask for nicer staff. Hotel itself is lovely and clean and the food is just delicious. Never got a bite of bad food in the week we where there. The owner is a lovely little man who welcomes guests throughout the day.
The only negative thing id have to say is the food could be just a little hotter. Other than that we had an amazing stay. Will definitely be returning.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Wonderful staff and wonderful service. The best all inclusive we’ve ever stayed at. Everyone was so accommodating, rooms cleaned daily (if wanted). No fuss over the all inclusive food/drinks (unlike lots of places).
Staff always greeted with a smile. The grounds smelled like a luxury spa! (We visited in May). Just stunning experience all round. Highly recommend the swim up room! We’ll be again. James & Lindsey. G07 10/5/26.

This is a lovely boutique hotel located just a few minutes drive outside the town of Laganas. When we arrived, we had the warmest welcome from the staff we have ever received, together with a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. Both the hotel and the pool area are clean and well maintained and the rooms are comfortable with sufficient storage & tea and coffee making facilities, however, access to the pool is down a flight of stairs, so not great for anyone with mobility issues. The choice of food is varied and delicious so something for everyone and the staff are extremely friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend Castelli Hotel for a lovely Greek getaway.
