The rooms are fine, some are excellent just where you end up I think. The newer accommodation is excellent but a very short walk from the main hotel and pool etc. The food is great as is the friendly service. The views from the older hotel are exceptional, sea, mountains, sky. The gentleman that owns it is always there to say goodbye and hello when you return from your day out. all in all a nice, friendly, welcoming place to stay. 🙏

Me and my partner stayed here this past week in a the double room.
I’ll start with saying how lovely the staff were, they always said hello and were very accommodating! The owner was there every day and always asking how we were and if we were having a nice time.
The room itself was a lot smaller than it appeared online, the bathroom was especially small (to the point where they had cut a part of the door out so you could open it past the toilet). This wasn’t a cheap budget holiday so I must say that was disappointing. We found the room smelt of sewage sometimes too. The rooms wouldn’t really get cleaned either, our sheets weren’t changed at all during our stay and dirty mugs/glasses were left on the side all week. We also padlocked our suitcases whilst we went out, we set the lock to 0000 and when we got back, the lock numbers were different so someone had clearly tried to open it which is unsettling.
The location was really good, a bit too close to the Laganas strip for our liking but that’s our fault for not doing enough research! You couldn’t hear the music and there was no disturbances. The beach, shops and restaurants were 10-20 mins walk away
The food was ok, personally didn’t find it spectacular but I’m quite a picky eater so may have just been me. There wasn’t much variety.
Overall it’s a nice hotel, but I don’t think we’d go again for the money we paid. The swim up rooms looked lovely however.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Castelli Hotel, staff were really lovely and gave us multiple gifts throughout our stay.
A downside was our room was much smaller than it appeared online. The bathroom wasn’t shown online either, it was a wet room with a very small shower which would flood when using. If we had known this we most likely wouldn’t have picked the room we did. Our room also did not have much storage, we had one wardrobe which just fit all our stuff in with small bed side tables. We upgraded to a “Double Room, Balcony, Garden View, 1 Queen Bed” from their regular room, which sadly didn’t feel like much of an upgrade when we arrived.
We also booked through LoveHolidays where the hotel was advertised to have an À La Carte restaurant, which they also have a sign for in-front of the hotel. We were told our stay would include 1 complimentary meal at the restaurant but were sadly disappointed to arrive and be told that the restaurant isn’t open yet. Even though it is advertised online and shown at the hotel too.
If you want a sunbed by the pool you need to be up early (earlier than 8:30) as there aren’t many with it being a smaller pool. There is a garden adjacent to the pool with sun loungers which you can walk from to get to the pool.
Evening entertainment was great, the Quiz Night was our favourite (as well as the ABBA tribute).
But overall, the owner of the hotel was lovely, staff were very hospitable. So would recommend if you’d want an intimate stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Castelli Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zakynthos. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and has such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.
What really made my stay special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making my holiday memorable. The food was excellent, the facilities were fantastic, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was outstanding.
Thank you to the whole team for such a lovely experience. I left already wanting to come back!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Wonderful staff and wonderful service. The best all inclusive we’ve ever stayed at. Everyone was so accommodating, rooms cleaned daily (if wanted). No fuss over the all inclusive food/drinks (unlike lots of places).
Staff always greeted with a smile. The grounds smelled like a luxury spa! (We visited in May). Just stunning experience all round. Highly recommend the swim up room! We’ll be again. James & Lindsey. G07 10/5/26.
