I question the 4 star rating of this hotel, I was in a room above the spar, whilst nice enough, I wouldnt say it was a 4* room, no plug sockets by the bed, a shower curtain for the shower and just a few other issues. My biggest gripe was the key card for the room. During my first 3 days at the hotel I had to go to reception 5 TIMES to reset my card as I was unable to access the room, being told I was probably putting it near my phone (I wasn't, it was in a completely different pocket) or that the heat can cause issues (not a great system then for a country which experiences summer temperatures of 35°C), and on each occasion barely recieving an apology. The adult pool was over chlorinated, resulting in sore and itchy eyes, whilst the service at the pool bar was extremely slow. A lovely looking reception and great access to the beach but apart from that, not great.

Overall a nice & almost-allright stay, somewhat overcharged.

Close-enough location to main street(s), easy bus ride to the Marina/central turistic areas
Cons:
Relatively older building & rooms ==> no outlets next to the bed to charge + barely at all
A.C. and matresses old &weak

Wifi not working in rooms, in many floors
Extra costs & hotel commissions for many tiny requests

The hotel itself is reasonable. The rooms are clean, the staff is nice, the food is quite tasty. But there is a serious problem that turned my vacation into a nightmare. The main door cannot be closed gently but by slamming. Throughout the night you wake up in a panic again and again, because your hallway neighbors just go out to have a good time. Children are shouting in hallway and there is no good noise sealing. Any silence is only temporary. You have to sleep with earplugs because the noise is just unbearable. The feeling is stressful and I was actually waiting for my stay to end 😟

A very nice experience with family. Kids enjoy the kid's swimming pool, there are another two for adults. Snacks and drinks at the swimming pool area were very good, same their prices. We liked pizzas from the menu. I was surprised with the variety of the breakfast! We enjoyed also dinner at the hotel, there wasn't such a variety for the price we paid €28 adults, €14 kids. We had some drinks from the bar, logical prices.Very friendly and polite staff. I definitely recommend this hotel for family vacation.
I really enjoyed my stay here most staff were very friendly and happy to help, rooms were clean and the view on to the beach was lovely. However I am not one to complain but I went to use the spa showers and I was so shocked at how the lady on the spa Reception spoke to us. All we asked was where the showers were she started shouting and was extremely rude, I have never been spoken to so by someone like that before , it made us feel very uncomfortable and is no way to treat guests who are staying at your hotel. It’s such a shame as I was really pleased with everything else about the hotel.
