It really depends what room you book or get. Try to ask for balcony room with pool views and away from the elevator. It was cosy clean and quiet. I was staying in 4* hotels before that were the same. ;-)
If you are a perfectionist bring Desinfektionsmittel (desinfection gels), your own towels and Backpulver (baking soda).
No bugs nothing. Only noises from the pool bar that stop around 10 pm. Everything worked maybe not in the best quality but for the price it’s totally ok.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel in Cyprus was a big disappointment. The condition of the room and bathroom was far below acceptable standards. The door was damaged, with peeling paint and visible cracks. The door frame looked worn out and showed signs of moisture damage.
The bathroom fittings were heavily worn and covered with limescale and stains. The shower curtain was dirty and had visible mold, and the bathtub was clearly neglected. Overall, it felt like the bathroom was not properly cleaned or maintained.
There were visible water stains and uneven patches on the ceiling, probably from previous leaks and poor repairs. This raised concerns about the building’s technical condition. In addition, the electrical sockets were placed very close to water, which felt unsafe.
The room looked old and poorly maintained, and the overall cleanliness was unsatisfactory. The standard did not match the price or the description in the offer.
On the positive side, the location was good and Cyprus itself is beautiful. However, the hotel urgently needs renovation and better hygiene standards.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place and I do not plan to return.
The location is good but the rooms and services are quite mediocre, below average. Bad I would say. The room was dirty, with stains on the wall. The bathroom was mouldy and it was risky as there was metal outstanding.
We were 2 people and there was a towel only (torn). The price on Booking.com is 27 Euros but if you book in person it is 50€. Not nice
The breakfast was very mediocre too. There were no pastries like Croissant, doughnuts, pain au chocolat, chocolate spread...
In the morning, I was awake quite early. There were 2 Indians guys shouting and being quite noisy. When I checked as it was for a while, they were carrying broken pieces of glasses with gloves. They were from the hotel.
I wouldn't recommend it. Not nice

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic for any traveler. It's conveniently situated close to the airport, making arrivals and departures a breeze. Furthermore, its proximity to the beach means a relaxing seaside escape is always within easy reach. Even those wishing to explore the city center will find it remarkably accessible. This prime positioning truly enhances the overall experience of a stay here.
The staff members were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. While the rooms are a bit dated, they are kept impeccably clean on a daily basis.
The breakfast offered was quite satisfactory, especially considering its affordable price (either included in the price or 5€ surcharge).
WiFi internet is rather fast (for an island) 93/93 MB/s
I found it to be a good value overall considering the price.
If you're picky, stay away.

I stayed at the San Maremo Hotel in Larnaca, Cyprus. The rooms were average, and the overall quality of service was also average. The staff were friendly and kind, but the level of organization and service was not outstanding.
Breakfast was served as a buffet, but unfortunately it was often poorly managed. When the first guests arrived, many products were already missing, and later guests sometimes had very little left to eat. Refilling the food took a long time. On one occasion, there were no plates, cutlery, coffee cups, and about 90% of the food was gone. Only after what seemed to be an intervention by a manager did food and tableware start to appear again.
That said, I would still recommend this hotel for a short stay. It is affordable, well located, close to the city center and the sea, and nicely situated overall. A special mention goes to Janusz, who works at the bar and in the restaurant — an incredibly friendly and positive person who really made the stay more pleasant.
Lunches and dinners were served in a partner hotel about 300 meters away, and they were absolutely excellent — 10 out of 10. There was plenty of food, nothing was missing, and the meals were truly delicious.
Overall, a good option for a short, budget-friendly trip in a great location.
