Would recommend it as it is close to the beach and main street where all the fun is. Staff is nice and forthcoming. Some questionable things happen to be with the drinks when you order them on the supper, one person says you can get a coffee, then the other denies it... Overall, it was better than expected, would visit it again and definitely can recommend

First and foremost, we did not get the room we paid for. It took two days for reception to change our room to something slightly better than what we had. The food is deplorable, cold, and very little choice. Nearly all the dishes had mushrooms in them have an intolerance to mushrooms. So my choice of food was extremely limited, if it wasn't for chips, there would be nothing for me to eat. The hotel is dated and requires a major refurbishment. Would I stay here again, NO, and I would not be recommending this hotel to anyone. In fact it should be closed down, people pay good money to stay in places like this and they deserve better than what's on offer

The rooms were very clean and tidy, the Internet was fast and almost covered the beach area, we had a room with a nice beach view and it was really beautiful, you could see the sunrise and it was really pretty. The food was nice, They had really good salads. The pool was nice, but the beach was everything, clear sea water and golden sand... it was really amazing. The staff was really nice and helpful.
We spent 10 days in the hotel in September 2024. We had front sea view room and all inclusive service. Room is renovated decent and view is magnificent. Air condition worked flawless. Location is great at the beachfront hotel sunbeds are quite enough close to the beach there is no need to pay extra for ones at the beach itself. Hotel sunbeds and umbrellas together with trees around the pool area provide enough sun protection which is great for small kids. Pool is well maintained and cleaned every day I watched them from the balcony each morning. Our room was great rest of hotel is a little bit old ( e.g. carpets in hallways, doors, furniture in the lobby etc) but for me impression is better than i expected when i saw pictures posted in other not so good reviews. Food is great as weel as service in the restaurant ,i see people complain in the reviews that breakfast is the same, it is, but you have everything you should expect for breakfast, eggs in several ways, bacon, cereals, sausages, hot dogs, cheese, fried cheese, fruit, milk (vegan also),ham, some salad, several types of bread, roasted, bread with eggs, coffee juices etc. Lunch and dinner are great with enough diversity: meats pork, lamb, beef, turkey, duck ,fish, seafood in variety of meals, pasta, soups desserts, ice cream etc. Overall great value for money in perfect location you will be disappointed only if you expect some luxury, otherwise you will enjoy. Only thing i missed was fitness centre since there is no any or at least not working currently.

First day reception staff was VERY rude and that was my very first impression of the hotel unfortunately. Every other staff member was excellent, always saying hello with a smile and that's why I'm not taking off more than one star as it's not fair to everyone else.
Pool was nice and quiet, great location to just go for a swim in the sea and then shower and get into the pool. Pool bar staff also very friendly and nice.
Rooms were OK, could definitely use some upgrade in linen. They had side views to the hotel next door. Overall quiet.
Breakfast was good, maybe coffee could be nicer and I wouldn't touch the juices from the automatic dispensing things.
Overall would return, as long as I am not welcomed by the same ladies in reception as I did on day 1 :)
