Prefect location ,this could be a fantastic hotel with some proper trades man for a couple of months . On arrival at 2 am we was asked if we could share one room for 3 nights me the wife and sister in law, in return for up grade WiFi after arguing till 3 am we got the 2 rooms we paid for .Young barmen at night on the 9th September near reception was awesome,he should be moved to the beach bar and given promotion because the guy at the pool bar is awful,rude and should not work there . Makes basil faulty look good . Saw a lady ask for water and he said English water only! And when to the tap with is rude face Asked for 3 drinks and he snapped “3” there was 3 people.
We have been coming for 20 years on and off and understand it not 4 star but owners sort that guy out !!!

I ended up making a cheese sandwich, drinks are so slow we have to ask for some at the end of the meal ,no one in charge and young waiters spinning trays and not doing much

After reading some of the recent reviews I was a little worry. But I could not disagree more. The food was delicious, plenty of choice...always something for kids ( chips, chicken nuggets, pizza, butgers) so no idea what are some people complaining about. You have paid and booked a 4 star hotel so don't expect a 5 star service 😉. Rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels every day, beach towels changed every day at the reception. Entertainment (live music) every night. Fany is the nicest person you can meet 😍 she was super nice and my little boy loved her. We had a lovely time and we would recommend this hotel to everyone 😊 Thank you 😊

the hotel in general is very good, perfect location and beach. however, the food is awful and they often dont replace the stuff they have ran out of. breakfast is the same everyday. the outside bar closes at 6pm, they dont have all the beers they offer and the hotel lacks evening entertainment.
on the bright side, the staff is nice and friendly, our room smelled really nice when we checked in and it is cleaned daily.
overall, the hotel definitely does not deserve 4 stars and it isn’t worth paying the price they ask.
We booked Iliada Beach Hotel just 45 minutes before arriving, and from the moment we walked in, the experience was incredible. The staff was absolutely top-notch—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests.
The hotel is right on the beach, and the vibe is peaceful

Hello. I definitely do not recommend the Iliada Hotel. The hotel is in a good location but old. As for the service, it is a disaster. The waiters do not even know how to greet each other. We came for breakfast and the tables were dirty. The waiter walks around the table but does not clean it. At dinner we had to get our food 3 times so that we always had fresh food. We did not get drinks until we had eaten all the food. We waited more than half an hour for a beer or juice for our daughter. The waiters were incompetent and unpleasant. The best part of the holiday was when the waiters stole my wife's mobile phone at dinner. She forgot it on the table and after they cleaned the table, the mobile phone disappeared. As we found out, there are no cameras in the hotel and the staff knows about it very well, so they allowed their wife to steal the phone!!! I definitely do not recommend this hotel through the staff if you do not want to lose your personal belongings. For me and my family, the hotel 0 points.
