Clean and very organized place. Sunset is visible from the hotel. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere❤️
Very pleasant hotel. We booked a sea view studio and my only observation (my fault for not paying attention when booking) was the ‘French Balcony’ which is a Juliette balcony therefore a double door with a glass railing (not a proper balcony). So, my error aside, the room was really nice and the aircon could keep the room nice and cool if needed. Sufficiently equipped for modest self catering (had an oven and two-ring induction hob, kettle, toaster and fridge with ice box). Bathroom was a good size and a powerful shower.
The pool was good for cooling down in and a few lengths, there was a well equipped gym, the snack bar where breakfast was served (I didn’t use) was by the pool overlooking the sea, there was a pool table and ping pong.
It isn’t a luxury, modern hotel but you get what you pay for. Actually I think you get more than you pay for as it was a great price (especially if when booking you join the club and get a discount) and the hotel facilities are good, clean, well maintained and all the staff were lovely and friendly. There is a bus stop right outside for transport to/from Paphos, four good restaurants within 100m, and a promenade all the way to Paphos if you want to use it (5km!) along the sea front.
I’d recommend using places like Helios. There are massive alternatives close by, where you could go all-inclusive to the detriment of local restaurants and your money would also be going off-island to non-Cypriot owners or investors (think China, Russia, Israel), so if you want a friendly, local business to benefit from your custom, choose places like Helios.
Highly recommend, staff are very friendly, cleaning team are also excellent. Pool is lovely and in June not too busy. Bus stop is right outside with buses running to Coral Bay and the Tomb of the Kings station for onward connections.
Excellent base for holiday in pafos.
Quiet chilled, lovely big apartment with a side sea view. Clean and comfortable. Staff all polite and friendly. Pool lovely plenty of beds. No crazy people putting towels on them early morning. Nice little snack bar.

Highly recommend this hotel. Went in end of March which made our experience peaceful and the weather was still very pleasant. Staff were super helpful and kind. Located right outside the bus stop and takes you right into Paphos town or coral bay and comes every 15-20 minutes. Had breakfast included and was worth it for fresh food every morning. Selection is limited but still delicious and worth it. Rooms are super spacious and very clean. Housekeeping happened everyday and also changes the towels frequently. Very useful to have plenty of kitchen supplies, stove, oven and more. Would come again to this hotel :)
